Any user who violates this rule is subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

Consequences of Inappropriate Use. The use of the WSFC is a privilege and not a right. Adult community members are expected to use the facility in accordance with the above procedures. Failure to use this facility in an appropriate manner will result in the cancellation of use or access to privileges as determined by the Administration of Xxxx Shoals School District. You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with using the WSFC. I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages as a result of inherent risk that I incur while exercising or using the equipment the WSFC.
Consequences of Inappropriate Use. The violator of Information Security, Acceptable Use or Related Policies will be responsible for damages to equipment, systems and software resulting from deliberate or willful acts. General rules of behavior and communications apply when using the telecommunications / computing environments including all policies related to privacy, harassment, vandalism and theft. Vandalism is defined as a malicious attempt to inappropriately access, harm or destroy data, hardware or software including parts of the District’s telecommunications / computing environments or launching such an attack against another from the District’s network. This includes, but is not limited to, creating, uploading or accessing viruses, installing worms or Trojan horses, launching attacks or inappropriately monitoring or capturing another user’s or system’s activity or data. In the event that a staff member or student violates any of the District’s security measures, the Incident Handling Policy covers investigation of any such incident. A substantiated charge of non-compliance against a staff member or student shall subject such staff member or student to restriction of use or access to computer / telecommunications resources and/or other disciplinary action up to an including discharge or expulsion. Illegal use of the telecommunications / computing environments, deletion or damaging of files or data, copyright violations, theft of services, hacking or bypassing security controls, violations of the privacy standards of another user, student, staff or District, or misrepresentation of another’s identity, or vandalism, will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities for possible prosecution.
