Construction Period Reports. (i) The Concessionaire shall within 30 (Thirty) Days after the execution of the EPC Contract provide to the Authority / Nodal Officer/’Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’ a copy of the construction schedule created using network techniques. A detailed explanation of the construction methodology, outlining the quality assurance, safety and surveillance plan shall also be included. (ii) The Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority /Nodal Officer/ ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’ a quarterly progress report during the Construction Period, which shall contain the following information Summary of Progress: Summary of the progress of the Project for that Month which shall detail: (1) any areas of significant concern and the action being taken to resolve any significant difficulties; (2) the actual progress made during that Month against the construction schedule including a description in reasonable detail of the work carried out; (3) any matters which have come to light which are likely materially and adversely to affect the construction of the Project; (4) any potential or actual deviations from the construction schedule, the Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice or otherwise confirmation that construction is proceeding in accordance therewith; (5) a commentary on the progress of construction as against the business plan; (6) areas of concern or problem or bottlenecks, impact and corrective action plans, revised resource planning details. The critical path schedules shall be updated and included as part of this report in order of priority. Completion: Details of any changes to the proposed date of completion of construction and the reasons for such changes; and Government Approvals: Written confirmation that all Applicable Permits then required are in full force and effect including a list and copies of such permits. (iii) The Concessionaire shall promptly carry out at its cost such further works as may be necessary to remove the defects and deficiencies observed by the Authority /Nodal Officer/ ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’ and ensure construction of the Project/Project Facilities is in all respects in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Construction Period Reports. (a) The Borrower shall promptly, and in any event within five Business Days, after receipt from the P1 CASA Advisor, deliver to the P1 Administrative Agent and the Independent Engineer a copy of any material written statement, budget, plan or reports delivered to the Borrower under the P1 CASA (including any such statements, budget, plan or report with respect to the Rio Grande Facility) and all lien and claim waivers with respect to the Rio Grande Facility required to be delivered pursuant to Section 3.10(c) (Other Services) of the P1 CASA. (b) Not later than thirty days after the end of each month following the month during which the Closing Date occurs up to and including the month during which the Project Completion Date occurs, the Borrower shall deliver to the P1 Administrative Agent a monthly construction report from the Independent Engineer regarding the construction activities in relation to the Project carried out during such month based on the report delivered by the P1 CASA Advisor under Section 3.3(j) (Requirements of Independent Engineers) of the P1 CASA and such other information reasonably requested by the Independent Engineer. (c) The Borrower shall promptly, and in any event within five Business Days, after receipt from the P1 EPC Contractor, deliver to the P1 Administrative Agent and the Independent Engineer a copy of the Substantial Completion Certificate (as defined in each of the P1 EPC Contracts) with respect to each of Train 1, Train 2, and Train 3.

Construction Period Reports. The Licensee shall provide to the Authority and the Nominated official of HMDA a weekly progress report during the Construction Period, which shall contain the following information: (1) Areas of concern or problem or bottlenecks, impact and corrective action plans, revised resource planning, details. The critical path schedules shall be updated and included as part of this report in order of priority. (2) Actual progress made during that week against the construction schedule including a description in reasonable detail of the work carried out; (3) Any matters which have come to light which are likely materially and adversely to affect the construction of the Project; (4) Any potential or actual deviations from the construction schedule, provisions of the Development Controls and Technical Specifications as set forth at Volume II of the RFP and Good Industry Practice or otherwise confirmation that construction is proceeding in accordance therewith; (5) Details of any changes to the proposed date of completion of construction and the reasons for such changes; and (6) Written confirmation that all Applicable Permits then required are in full force and effect including a list of such permits. The Licensee shall, without any responsibility for the removal of the above defects/ deficiencies, promptly carry out at its cost such further works as may be necessary to remove the defects and deficiencies observed by the Authority/the Nominated official of HMDA and ensure construction of the Project/Project Facilities is in all respects in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements. (2) Prior to contract closeout, the Engineer shall submit a Final Report (Exhibit H-4) to the address set forth in Attachment H. (3) The Engineer shall submit a separate report with each billing statement showing the percent completion of the work accomplished during the billing period and the percent completion to date, and any additional written report requested by the State to document the progress of the work.
