Fields of Cooperation. 1. Cooperation and technical assistance may cover any fields jointly identified by the Parties that may serve to enhance the Parties' and their economic operators' capacities to benefit from increased trade and investment arising from this Agreement, including: (a) promotion and facilitation of exports of goods and services to the other Parties and fostering competitiveness and innovation; (b) strengthening of institutional capacities in the following areas, in addition to the areas provided in specific provisions of this Chapter: (i) customs and origin matters; (ii) encouraging technological innovation and dissemination of technological information; (iii) facilitation of trade in services, by exchanging information on trade in services and where appropriate qualifications and standards; (iv) promotion of investment and technology flows, by identifying investment opportunities and information channels on investment regulations, exchange of information on measures to promote investment abroad, and furthering of legal environment conducive to increased investment flows; (v) facilitation in the collaboration on and development of intellectual property laws and practices, including training of stakeholders from the public, private sector and civil society, and to promote awareness on intellectual property rights in the general public; and (vi) trade and investment related aspects of sustainable development; (c) encouraging and stimulating business contacts, including between enterprises, with the aim of developing long lasting business relationships.
Fields of Cooperation. The following non-exhaustive list includes fields to which cooperation shall relate, in the context set forth in Article I, and which will be elaborated by the Secretariats of WIPO and UNIDO: (a) Technology foresight and strategic use of patent information for development; (b) Intellectual property, innovation promotion and technology management and transfer; (c) Private sector development and intellectual property; and (d) Trade capacity building and trade related intellectual property right issues.
Fields of Cooperation. Cooperation, assistance and technology transfer may cover any fields jointly identified by the Parties that may serve to enhance the Parties’ and their economic operators’ capacities to benefit from increased international trade and investment, including in particular: (a) promotion and facilitation of exports of goods and services to the other Parties, and promotion of market opportunities; (b) customs and origin matters, including vocational training in the customs field; (c) technical regulations and sanitary and phytosanitary measures, including standardisation and certification; (d) regulatory assistance and implementation of laws in areas such as intellectual property and public procurement; and (e) regulatory assistance and implementation of laws concerning trade related aspects of labour and environmental issues, including institutional capacity of labour and environmental administrations.
Fields of Cooperation. Cooperation between the two universities will be undertaken from the perspective of promoting academic and cultural ties. That cooperation will include educational and research activities in all fields and disciplines offered at the two institutions.

Fields of Cooperation. The following non-exhaustive list includes fields to which cooperation shall relate, in the context set forth in Article I, and in which specific activities will be elaborated by XXXX and XXXXX: (a) Link and jointly promote WIPO and XXXXX’s platforms and databases where there is a mutual programmatic advantage (e.g. WIPO GREEN and INSPIRE), in order to increase innovation and support the development, deployment, and diffusion of renewable energy technologies; (b) Develop and undertake joint technical assistance and capacity-building activities to enhance the innovative capacities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and research institutions in the renewable energy ecosystem; (c) Develop and implement joint training programs with the WIPO Academy on IP and renewable energy technologies; (d) Explore areas of joint collaboration between WIPO and XXXXX with NGOs and industry stakeholders to enhance the use of the IP system in relation to renewable energy technologies; (e) Develop educational and public-awareness materials regarding the interface between innovation, IP, and renewable energy technologies; and, (f) Undertake any joint activity where there is a mutual programmatic advantage and such activity contributes to supporting increased innovation, deployment, and transfer of renewable energy technologies.
Fields of Cooperation. The following non-exhaustive list includes fields to which cooperation shall relate, in the context set forth in Article I, and in which specific activities will be elaborated by the Secretariats of WIPO and XXXXX: (a) Linking networks and databases such as WIPO GREEN and the XXXXX International Standards and Patents in Renewable Energy (hereinafter referred to as “INSPIRE”) where there is a mutual programmatic advantage with a view to contributing to increasing innovation, transfer and diffusion of climate change mitigation and renewable energy technologies; (b) Capacity-building on the protection and use of intellectual property (hereinafter referred to as “IP”) to xxxxxx innovation in climate change mitigation and renewable energy technologies; (c) Development of educational and public awareness materials on IP issues pertaining to climate change mitigation and renewable energy technologies; and (d) Development of joint programs that contribute to the achievement of relevant sustainable development goals of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
