(+.2%) The Hartford Fire Insurance Company will pay the following Flat Commissions for BLANKET (Participant Accident, Volunteer Firefighter) and BTA. The amount of Commissions may be increased based on the services provided by the Producer pursuant to the Additional Services Fees section below. Consultative Services. A certified ESE teacher must maintain written documentation of consultative services for any student whose IEP indicates consultative services.

Consultative Services. At the request of CCH and to the extent practical and allowable by law, UCHealth may provide consultative services in the following categories: finance, compliance, quality assurance, information systems, purchasing, emergency medical services, supply chain, outreach physician services, strategic planning, pharmacy support services, educational programs and other general hospital departmental services as mutually agreed upon by both parties (“Consultative Services”). CCH shall compensate UCHealth for any Consultative Services, which compensation will be agreed upon by the Parties in writing prior to the provision of said Consultative Services and shall be set forth in either a separate agreement or a written Consultative Services amendment to be incorporated into this Agreement after the terms of such Consultative Services are agreed upon by the Parties and prior to engagement of said Consultative Services. A sample form of a Consultative Services amendment is attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, and a description of Consultative Services that may be provided is attached as Exhibit C. Agreed upon expenses and charges for Consultative Services due to UCHealth will be invoiced and reimbursed to UCHealth as described in the Consultative Services Amendment, as described in Section 4. Brief phone calls, brief meetings, or email inquiries will not be charged, but may lead into Consultative Services, at the reasonable discretion of UCHealth, if additional investment of time and resources is required to support CCH’s requests.
Consultative Services. Consultative services will include communication, email and informal and formal ( ETR, IEP, change of placement) meetings with family and professionals to address each student's individual needs as required by Norton City Schools.
Consultative Services. The Company hereby engages CH as the Company' financial advisor ("Financial Advisor") with respect to a proposed Financing on a private placement basis or Transaction. CH shall provide such consultative services in respect of any Financing or Transaction as may reasonably be required by the Company but, it is expressly understood and agreed, that the acceptance of the terms of any Financing or Transaction shall be within the sole discretion and control of the Company.
Consultative Services. The provision of services in respect of all aspects of gold mining including (but not limited to):
3.3.1 the preparation and submission to the Kibali Board and/or the Company Board, from time to time if required, of analyses of the international gold market;
3.3.2 the provision of advice in respect of the marketing of gold; if required, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any advice in respect of gold hedging activities;
3.3.3 the provision of reports in respect of developments in geological and mining technology and supervision of the preparation of technical reports and studies;
3.3.4 the use of advanced technical facilities and infrastructure for the purposes of enabling mining personnel in the Area to benefit from advanced training programmes;
3.3.5 the provision of advice in respect of foreign exchange currency management; and
3.3.6 any other specialised services and/or advice which may reasonably be requested by Kibali from time to time.
Consultative Services a) The agency shall provide consultative Services to municipal residents, including;
i) Technical advice; and
ii) Advice and interpretation on related codes and standards.
