Content of the Grievance. The grievance must include the nature of the issue, the relevant article(s) of the collective agreement where applicable as well as the remedy sought. A technical error does not invalidate a grievance. An error in the numbering of the articles mentioned in the grievance constitutes a technical error.

  • Filing a Grievance Grievances may be filed by the Union on behalf of an employee or on behalf of a group of employees. If the Union does so, it will set forth the name of the employee or the names of the group of employees.
