CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING. The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Army via a secure data collection site. Contractors must log into their XXX profile accounts at xxx.XXX.gov to perform the contract reporting (also reference the XXX Quick Start Guide for Service Contract Reporting). XXX receives contract information from FPDS-NG and will enable reporting for entities with contracts that meet the required reporting thresholds and will auto-populate much of the required information for reporting. After logging into the XXX account, the Contractor will select ‘Entity Registration’ and then select ‘Service Contract Reporting’. XXX will display the entities which have service contracts and meet the reporting criteria. Next, select ‘View by Entity’ to see the service contracts for each entity, then select ‘Add’ for the service contract against which a Service Contract Report is to be created.
