RAB and WFPI hereby agree the following: Any agreed projects, events and programmes shall not be exclusive i.e. neither party is restricted from opportunities for arrangements with other organisations towards the independent organisations’ goals or the shared goals of this agreement. The parties agree to non-competitive and transparent sharing of information between them as required, but observe the rights of the other to the confidentiality of their own information and documentation as requested. Additionally, non-disclosure of the content of this and other agreements made between the parties shall be observed, to be shared only as mutually agreed.
Areas for collaboration. 5.1 HIS and the GPhC will collaborate in the development and effective delivery of their respective roles and responsibilities and will exchange such information as is necessary to fulfil their statutory functions and ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of the public. 5.2 The exchange of information between HIS and the GPhC will take account of and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Human Rights Act, the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the UK Freedom of Information Act 2000. The principles of the common law duty of confidentiality will also be maintained. 5.3 HIS and the GPhC will meet on, at least, a quarterly basis but if and when circumstance dictates that more frequent contact is needed this will be arranged. 5.4 The routine quarterly meetings will be the forum for consideration of, but not limited to, the following:  sharing information on strategy and policy developments which may be relevant to, or impact on, each other’s work  sharing information about trends, data approaches and initiatives which may be of interest to the other organisation  sharing learning, for example on the identification and management of risksharing intelligence and notifying each other of specific concerns relevant to mutual responsibilities.  collaborating on relevant external communications  collaborating on specific and agreed work. 5.5 HIS and the GPhC will seek to give each other adequate warning of and sufficient information about any planned announcements to the public that the other may need to know of. 5.6 Each organisation will also involve the other as early as possible in the development of planned announcements, including the sharing of draft proposals and publications which may affect both organisations.
Areas for collaboration. 3.1 Priority areas for collaboration will take into account the needs and priorities of partner countries in the region and focus on supporting progress towards the SDGs. Collaboration will include joint knowledge creation, exchange and dialogue, direct technical assistance, and project development and implementation as appropriate on topics including: (i) Implementation of the SDGs, including at the country level in the region; (ii) Innovative financing for the SDGs particularly with the private sector; (iii) Disaster risk reduction, strengthened resilience, and accelerated action on climate change in the region; (iv) Access to clean and affordable energy for all; (v) Strengthened governance and civil society engagement in sustainable development, including to deliver on the ambition of leaving no one behind and address inequality; (vi) Sustainable urbanization and livable cities; (vii) Addressing remaining poverty and reducing inequality through initiatives on human development including job creation, skills training, education, health and social protection; (viii) Rural development and food security; (ix) Promoting regional cooperation and integration; (x) Harnessing information and communication technology, particularly emerging technologies, to support sustainable development; (xi) Gender equality and the empowerment of women; and (xii) Addressing situations of fragility and conflict. 3.2 The arrangements for each of these areas of collaboration, will be made on an individual basis and will be for the mutual benefit of both Parties. 3.3 ADB and UNDP recognize that the potential for cooperation will vary significantly in different countries depending on the nature of the development challenges, the needs of the country and the scope of the respective country programs of ADB and UNDP in each case. They agree to review areas of ongoing cooperation at country level, and opportunities for proactive ADB-UNDP cooperation as part of the monitoring and review of this MOU envisaged in section 5 of this MOU.
