CORE CONDITIONS. Articles and amendments to the articles must be approved by the parties. If the Danish Parliament adopts legislation in the period covered by the collective agreement that imposes additional payment obligations or any other obligations on the parties to the collective agreement, the member enterprises or employees, this agreement will lapse.
