Core Standards. Options’ capacity to ensure the protection of children and vulnerable adults that the company may work with depends on the ability of staff to uphold and promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. All Options staff are personally and collectively responsible for maintaining these standards. Line managers have a responsibility to uphold these standards, to set a good example, and to create a working environment that supports and empowers staff. It is expected that all Options staff will: • Treat all children and vulnerable adults (and indeed all of those we come into contact with) fairly and with respect and integrity. • Act in a way that seeks to care for and protect the rights of children and vulnerable adults and act in their best interests. • Use information and resources in a safe and responsible way. This includes the exercise of due care in all matters of official business, and not divulging confidential information. • Ensure that personal and professional conduct is, and is seen to be, of the highest standard and in line with the Code of Conduct. • Ensure that another adult is present when working in the proximity of children and vulnerable adults. • Never engage in any exploitative relationships – sexual, emotional, financial or employment-related. • Refrain from any involvement in criminal or unethical activities that contravene human rights.

Core Standards. If state and/or federal mandates require a change in the existing mandated value-added and/or other mandated tests/scoring which become a portion of teacher(s) SGM scores, a minimum of three consecutive years of SGM data shall be collected under the revised mandate before any job action may be taken on the basis of the SGM data.

Initial Approach In order to provide rapid, focused advice and support to the project team or in-house lawyers, we will undertake initial in-depth preparation, including: · Circulate briefing papers to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx team and commence an initial "internal" project team · Prepare a comprehensive project contact list identifying all relevant contact details for the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx team, the Client's legal and project team and its internal/external advisers · Progress arrangements for the maximum appropriate use of electronic communication, liaising and resolving any technology or interface issues · An early meeting with the Client to review current status and project prioritising, allowing us to anticipate peaks in demand for support · Clarify lines of communication/instruction as necessary and agree an appropriate work plan. Organisation and Quality Assurance Responsibilities The Lead Partner will be Paddy Whur who will maintain primary responsibility for the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx personnel involved.   • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.
