CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. A. Customer Service Supervisor will be provided the following annually, by an ordering process to commence each August:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. The Customer Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising a customer services group. Delivers support to the customer in the most efficient manner ensuring a positive interaction between Rain Bird and the customer. Coordinates with customer, sales and marketing personnel, plant personnel, distribution, and credit to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. The purpose of this role is to supervise and provide support to the frontline Customer Service staff. This role assists the Customer Service Manager with day-day Customer Service operations and liaises with other departments as it pertains to customer service needs. The role has an in-depth knowledge of City West products, services and processes in order to support the frontline staff and respond to complex or difficult customer inquiries to the customer's satisfaction.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. In addition to duties of a Customer Services Agent, the Customer Services Supervisor is directly responsible to the Station Manager or Senior Customer Services Supervisor directing and coordinating, as necessary, the work of subordinate personnel assigned to his shift. He shall perform such duties as coordinating the functions necessary for the issuing of tickets, check forms, manuals and files. He must be able to direct and coordinate passengers traveling on tour excursion plans, look into and report irregularities pertaining to Agents' work, direct Agents in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. He will check daily sales reports and verify tariffs applied and will be responsible for daily cash deposits; he will be responsible for the proper training of personnel under his supervision. It is further agreed that the Company will maintain one Customer Services Supervisor on each shift when three (3) or more Customer Services Agents are assigned.
