Data Collection and Surveys. The Contractor shall provide services collecting, preserving, and providing access to the Nation’s environmental data. These services will support NOAA program managers in evaluating and employing state-of-the-art-data collection technologies. Data collection and survey services may include, but are not limited to, the following: 3.1 Provide services for data collection and conducting surveys. Surveys may require contractors to identify and apply appropriate evaluation methodologies and research designs needed for a specified scientific research project. The Contractor shall be required to support data analysis and develop final reports of results and recommendations. Additionally, collection may require the ability to access databases from appropriate sources, construct databases, and consult with other experts as required. 3.2 Provide scientific and technical services to design, develop, configure, test, and integrate into operations new or improved algorithms, software applications, datasets and products, scientific databases, standards, processes, tools, capabilities, systems, and associated training and technical documentation for data processing, ingest, archive support, access, stewardship, and providing environmental information and services to users. 3.3 Operate and maintain applications, datasets and products, scientific databases, standards, processes, capabilities and systems for data processing, collection, ingest, archive support, access, stewardship, and providing environmental information and services to users, including conducting user training, education, outreach, and engagement. 3.4 Research, investigate, analyze, plan, coordinate review, and recommend adaptations/modifications of products, applications, systems and services, as well as technical and business operations, for compatibility with administrative, legislative, security, procedural requirements, and shared interfaces with external systems and organizations. 3.5 Research, analyze, plan, prototype, test, demonstrate, evaluate, coordinate, and review proposed new and adapted products, applications, systems, services, and processes to exploit advancements in science and technology for improvement such as in data quality assurance, quality control, data preservation, stewardship, software engineering, cloud computing and storage, data dissemination, GIS, life- cycle cost reduction, scientific, technical, and logistic obsolescence mitigation. 3.6 Plan, coordinate, facilitate, host,...

Data Collection and Surveys. 1.1. Project kickoff meeting at City offices and site visit. (assumes 2 attending) 1.2. The Engineer shall perform the field survey of existing topography to create project base mapping including the following tasks: 1.2.1. Research of existing survey deeds and horizontal and vertical control points. 1.2.2. Set project horizontal and vertical control/benchmarks. Project control will be set using GPS technology. 1.2.3. Field survey existing topographic features, including pavement edges, drainage structures, retaining walls, landscaping, private entrances, and other features to develop the project mapping. 1.2.4. Field locate visible existing utilities in the project area. Includes call for field locates to MO One-Call and survey of marked underground utilities. Does not guarantee that utilities accurately locate their facilities. 1.2.5. Develop project base mapping from field surveys. 1.2.6. Perform additional survey as needed based on field check of base maps. 1.3. SUBCONSULTANT shall perform the boundary surveys including the following tasks: 1.3.1. Field locate and survey existing property corners. 1.3.2. Establish existing Right-of-Way and adjacent property lines from plats, warranty deeds, recorded surveys to allow easement needs to be determined (assumes 50 tracts). 1.3.3. Develop project base mapping from boundary surveys for property lines. 1.4. Perform a field check of the base maps to check accuracy and appropriate level of detail for design purposes. 1.5. SUBCONSULTANT coordination and contracting. 1.6. Project administration, coordination, and invoicing.

  • Data Collection and Usage The Company and the Employer collect, process and use certain personal information about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all restricted stock units or any other entitlement to Shares or equivalent benefits awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor (“Data”), for the legitimate purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is the Participant’s consent.

  • Data Collection The grant recipient will be required to provide performance data reports on a schedule delineated within Section A of this contract, Specific Terms and Conditions.

In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Data Collection and Reporting 1. Grantee shall develop and use a local reporting unit that will provide an assigned location for all clients served within the Hospital. This information shall also be entered into Client Assignment and Registration (CARE)when reporting on beds utilized at the Hospital. 2.   • Billing and Collection On behalf of and for the account of ---------------------- Provider, Service Company shall establish and maintain credit and billing and collection policies and procedures, and shall exercise reasonable efforts to xxxx and collect in a timely manner all professional and other fees for all billable Dental Care provided by Dental Care Professionals, including any such fees paid directly to Provider by Service Company pursuant to the then-current Membership Agreement (or similar agreement for providing professional services to dental plans) between Service Company and Provider. Service Company shall advise and consult with Provider regarding the fees for Dental Care provided by Provider (including any related discounting policy); it being understood, however, that Provider's consent shall be necessary to establish the fees (subject to (S)3.2(d), above) to be charged for Dental Care. In connection with the billing and collection services to be provided hereunder, Provider hereby grants to Service Company, throughout the Term (and thereafter as provided in (S)8.3), an exclusive special power of attorney and appoints Service Company as Provider's exclusive true and lawful agent and attorney-in-fact, and Service Company hereby accepts such special power of attorney and appointment, for the following purposes: (a) To xxxx Provider's patients, in either Provider's or Service Company's name (as Service Company deems appropriate) and on Provider's behalf, for all billable Dental Care provided by or on behalf of Provider to patients. (c) To collect and receive, in either Provider's or Service Company's name (as Service Company deems appropriate) and on Provider's behalf, all accounts receivable generated by such xxxxxxxx and claims for reimbursement, to administer such accounts including, but not limited to, extending the time of payment of any such accounts for cash, credit or otherwise; discharging or releasing the obligors of any such accounts; suing, assigning or selling at a discount such accounts to collection agencies; or taking other measures to require the payment of any such accounts; provided, however, that extraordinary collection measures, such as filing lawsuits, discharging or releasing obligors shall not be undertaken without Provider Consent. (d) To deposit all amounts collected into the Provider Account. Provider shall transfer and deliver to Service Company all funds received by Provider from patients or third party payors for Dental Care. Upon receipt by Service Company of any funds from patients or third party payors or from Provider for Dental Care pursuant to this agreement, Service Company shall promptly deposit the same into the Provider Account. (e) To take possession of, endorse in the name of Provider, and deposit into the Provider Account any notes, checks, money orders, insurance payments, and any other instruments received in payment of accounts receivable for Dental Care. (f) To sign checks, drafts, bank notes or other instruments on behalf of Provider, and to make withdrawals from the Provider Account for payments specified in this agreement and otherwise as agreed upon from time to time by the Parties. Upon request of Service Company, Provider shall execute and deliver to the financial institution at which the Provider Account is maintained such additional documents or instruments as Service Company may reasonably request to evidence or effect the special power of attorney granted to Service Company by Provider pursuant to this section and (S)4.12. The special power of attorney granted herein is coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable except with Service Company's written consent. The irrevocable power of attorney shall expire when this agreement has been terminated, all accounts receivable purchased by Service Company pursuant to (S)7.7, if any, have been collected, and all amounts due to Service Company as described in Article VII have been paid.

  • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a. The Property is sold on an “as is where is basis” subject to all the necessary inspection, search (including but not limited to the status of title), enquiry (including but not limited to the terms of consent to transfer and/or assignment and outstanding charges), investigation, examination and verification of which the Purchaser is already advised to conduct prior to the auction and which the Purchaser warrants to the Assignee has been conducted by the Purchaser’s independent legal advisors at the time of execution of the Memorandum. b. The intending bidder or the Purchaser is responsible at own costs and expenses to make and shall be deemed to have carried out own search, enquiry, investigation, examination and verification on all liabilities and encumbrances affecting the Property, the title particulars as well as the accuracy and correctness of the particulars and information provided. c. The Purchaser shall be deemed to purchase the Property in all respects subject thereto and shall also be deemed to have full knowledge of the state and condition of the Property regardless of whether or not the said search, enquiry, investigation, examination and verification have been conducted. d. The Purchaser shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale prior to the auction and to have knowledge of all matters which would have been disclosed thereby and the Purchaser expressly warrants to the Assignee that the Purchaser has sought independent legal advice on all matters pertaining to this sale and has been advised by his/her/its independent legal advisor of the effect of all the Conditions of Sale. e. Neither the Assignee nor the Auctioneer shall be required or bound to inform the Purchaser of any such matters whether known to them or not and the Purchaser shall raise no enquiry, requisition or objection thereon or thereto.

  • Data Escrow Registry Operator shall comply with the registry data escrow procedures set forth in Specification 2 attached hereto (“Specification 2”).

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Lightyear’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for Lightyear’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on Lightyear’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear collects from Lightyear’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

  • Examination of Mortgage Loan Files and Due Diligence Review The Mortgage Loan Seller shall reasonably cooperate with any examination of the Mortgage Files for, and any other documents and records relating to, the Mortgage Loans, that may be undertaken by or on behalf of the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date. The fact that the Purchaser has conducted or has failed to conduct any partial or complete examination of any of the Mortgage Files for, and/or any of such other documents and records relating to, the Mortgage Loans, shall not affect the Purchaser’s right to pursue any remedy available in equity or at law for a breach of the Mortgage Loan Seller’s representations and warranties made pursuant to Section 4, except as expressly set forth in Section 5.

  • Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
