Definition of Full-time Employees. A full-time employee is one who is employed on a regular basis as required and who is scheduled to work the standard hours per week as specified in this collective agreement. The Hospital agrees not to institute paid without prior discussion with the Union. Where employees are required to wear a uniform and the Hospital does not supply the uniform the employees will receive a uniform allowance to be paid in January for the previous year as follows:

Full-time status for bus drivers shall be four (4) hours per day [twenty (20) hours per week]. Current four (4) hour cafeteria employees (2007-2008) shall have full-time status with benefits until such employee leaves the position.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.
