DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING. 3.6.1 Provide demonstration and instruction sessions to familiarize Owner’s operation and maintenance personnel with systems and their operation and maintenance.
3.6.2 Establish agendas for demonstration and instruction sessions in conjunction with the Owner. Coordinate scheduling of sessions with the Owner.
3.6.3 Provide X-hour seminars to demonstrate operation of the systems.
3.6.4 Provide X-hour technical seminars to demonstrate configuration, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the system.
DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING. 12.1. Immediately upon publication of the Web Site, the Writers will provide 4 hours explanation, demonstration and training in the operation of all aspects of the Web Site for such staff as the Customer shall direct and in a format agreed by the Customer.
12.2. The Writers shall provide such further training as the Customer may request within 12 months of the date of completion of the Project at the hourly rate set out in Schedule 3. Such training shall be provided by a person fully conversant with the Web Site.

1. Provide instructors experienced in operation and maintenance procedures.
2. Provide instruction at mutually agreed-on times. For equipment that requires seasonal operation, provide similar instruction at the start of each season.
3. Schedule training with Owner, through Engineer, with at least seven days' advance notice.

DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING. Provide demonstration and instruction sessions to familiarize Owner’s operation and maintenance personnel with systems and their operation and maintenance.
DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING. The Contractor is responsible for preparation and provision of demonstration and training for all specified products, systems, subsystems and equipment. The Contractor is to prepare and submit a training program to include: qualifications for the proposed training facilitator; qualifications for the proposed instructors; detailed training agendas and training manuals; forms for attendance records and evaluations; proposed videotaping equipment and staff; proposed training facility; and proposed dates and times for training sessions. Each training session is to be held twice: once for the day-shift; and once for the night-shift. Training materials are required for ten students at each training session. The Contractor shall develop the demonstration and training program as the Work progresses so that the training program and training are complete and accepted by the Authority prior to Substantial Completion. Additional requirements for demonstration and training are set forth in Program Specifications Section 017900 (Demonstration and Training).
