Department’s Designated Representatives. Section 5.2.1 Chief Contracting Officer (CCO) In accordance with 27 DCMR, Chapter 47, Section 4704 contracts may be entered into and signed on behalf of the District Government only by CCO. The address and telephone number of the CCO is: Section 5.2.2 Authorized Changes by the Contracting Officer (CO) and the CCO Section 5.2.2.1 The CCO and the CO are the only persons authorized to approve changes to any of the requirements of the Contract. The CO is authorized to approve changes valued up to $100,000.00. Section 5.2.2.2 The Contractor shall not comply with any order, directive or request that changes or modifies the requirements of this Contract, unless issued in writing and signed by the CCO. Section 5.2.2.3 In the event the Contractor effects any change at the instruction or request of any person other than the CCO, the change will be considered to have been made without authority and no adjustment will be made in the Contract price to cover any cost increase incurred as a result thereof. Section 5.2.3 Project Manager (PM) Section 5.2.3.1 The Project Manager is responsible for general administration of the Contract and advising the CCO as to the Contractor’s compliance or noncompliance with the Contract. The Project Manager has the responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring and supervision of the Contract, of ensuring the Work conforms to the requirements of the Contract and such other responsibilities and authorities as may be specified in writing by the CCO and/or in the Contract. These include: Section 5.2.3.1.1 Keeping the CCO fully informed of any technical or contractual difficulties encountered during the performance period and advising the CCO of any potential problem areas under the Contract; Section 5.2.3.1.2 Coordinating site entry for Contractor personnel, if applicable; Section 5.2.3.1.3 Reviewing invoices for completed work and recommending approval by the CCO if the Contractor’s prices and costs are consistent with the Contract and progress is satisfactory and commensurate with the rate of expenditure; Section 5.2.3.1.4 Reviewing and approving invoices for deliverables to ensure receipt of goods and services. This includes the timely processing of invoices and vouchers in accordance with the District’s payment provisions and the Contract; and Section 5.2.3.1.5 Maintaining a file that includes all contract correspondence, modifications, records of inspections (site, data, equipment) and invoice or vouchers.   • Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder. (b) With the delivery of this Agreement, each Trustee shall furnish to the Subordination Agent, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to the Subordination Agent, at such Trustee’s discretion, or upon the Subordination Agent’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Trustee Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of such Trustee certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of such Trustee and the attorney-in-fact and agents of such Trustee (the “Trustee Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of such Trustee hereunder.   • Designated Representative Except as provided in Section 2.4 of this Agreement, in the event that a Member is unable to make decisions, Company or Company Contractors will attempt to contact the Member’s Designated Representative for the purposes of making decisions on behalf of Member in regards to any items or services set forth in this Agreement. The Designated Representative is the person or persons identified to Company by the Member during enrollment or after as the primary person who will be making decisions on behalf of the Member in the event the Member becomes incapacitated.

  • Owner’s Designated Representative Prior to the start of construction, Owner will identify the Owner’s Designated Representative (ODR), who has the express authority to act and bind the Owner to the extent and for the purposes described in the Contract, including responsibilities for general administration of the Contract. 3.1.2.1 Unless otherwise specifically defined elsewhere in the Contract Documents, the ODR is the single point of contact between the Owner and Contractor. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

  • List of Union Representatives The Union agrees to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of all Union Representatives (including Union Stewards, Union Executive, Grievance Committee, Labour/Management Committee and Negotiating Committee) to the Director of Human Resources or designate.

  • Visits by Union Representatives 9 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of 10 State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, 11 Staff Representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper 12 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 13 during working hours to conduct Union business. The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (b) The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee, one of whom shall be chair. This committee shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement and the number of nurses on the Grievance Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (c) It is agreed that Union representatives and members of the Grievance Committee have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, in the performance of their duties, a union representative or member of the Grievance Committee is required to enter a unit within the hospital in which they are not ordinarily employed they shall, immediately upon entering such unit, report their presence to the supervisor or nurse in charge, as the case may be. When resuming their regular duties and responsibilities, such representatives shall again report to their immediate supervisor. The Hospital agrees to pay for all time spent during their regular hours by such representatives hereunder.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
