Determination of Assignments. The employee receiving the assignment normally will be a senior employee in the classification working on the shift and will have a minimum of three (3) years' seniority in the classification with the City. Demonstrated ability to act as a temporary supervisor will be a factor in determining assignments.

Determination of Assignments. It is understood that this agreement does not imply that any or all current extra-duty positions will be continued. Judgment of the need for any extracurricular activity shall be determined by the administrator of the school or district-wide administrators. Further, it does not imply that positions may not be added at any time during the school year as the need arises.
Determination of Assignments. In the determination of assignments for the ensuing year, voluntary requests for reassignment will be considered based on ancillary staff member preference provided that these considerations do not conflict with the professional training and his/her area of competency or the institutional requirements and best interest of the school system, as determined by the Board.

In the event the College needs to cancel a course section, the faculty shall have the preferential right of assignment to courses they are qualified to teach that have been assigned to full-time faculty in other divisions, part-time faculty and other non-bargaining unit members. Faculty members who have been recognized to teach in a discipline in a division other than the one in which they have been assigned shall be eligible for standard instructional workload, overload, interim, and summer assignments within the other discipline on the same basis as a part-time faculty member of the other division. Academic Administrators will review enrollment at least three (3) weeks prior to the semester’s beginning, and make a determination about whether classes will be cancelled because of low enrollment. The minimum number of students required for a class to “make” shall generally be forty percent (40%) of the established maximum student capacity of the course, with provision for extenuating circumstances, i.e. program needs and/or graduation requirements. In the event the College needs to cancel a course section, the faculty shall have the preferential right of assignment to courses they are qualified to teach that have been assigned to full-time faculty in other divisions, part- time faculty and other non-bargaining unit members.   • Recognition of Assignee (a) From and after the date hereof, the Servicer shall note the transfer of the Mortgage Loans to the Assignee in its books and records, shall recognize the Assignee as the owner of the Mortgage Loans and shall, subject to subsection (b) below, service the Mortgage Loans for the benefit of the Assignee pursuant to the Servicing Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.
