Faculty Schedules. At least eleven (11) hours shall elapse between the end of a faculty member's last class on one day and the beginning of his or her first class on the succeeding day. Exceptions to this scheduling requirement may be made upon joint Contract between the faculty member and the appropriate xxxx.
Faculty Schedules. A. The Department Chair shall prepare a draft of faculty schedules in consultation with faculty members. Faculty schedules shall be reviewed and approved by their immediate administrative supervisor subject to the following:
Faculty Schedules. ‌ A faculty member's regular work schedule, or other duties, shall be scheduled within a maximum eight (8)-hour workday unless mutually agreed upon by the faculty member and their immediate supervisor. Faculty shall not be required to have less than a twelve (12)-hour period from the end of the last scheduled time on one day to the beginning of a faculty member's first scheduled time on the succeeding day. The distribution of the classroom faculty members' standard semester teaching load and/or student conference hours shall be four (4) calendar days per week. Faculty must be on campus a minimum of two scheduled hours per day for each of the four (4) calendar days per week. Exceptions based on curricular need must be approved by the faculty members' immediate supervisor in consultation with the faculty member.
Faculty Schedules. Section 1. The professional obligation of faculty is comprised of both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. The Board and the UFF-BCC recognize that it is a part of the professional responsibility of faculty to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place.

  • Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.

  • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. The Delivery Schedules (based on Requirement Letter RL182) are available as a guide to indicate proposed delivery points and estimated annual requirements. Delivery Schedules may be revised or clarified as necessary. Any specific questions regarding the site conditions should be directed to the end-user at the telephone number shown on the Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedules are available upon request. Contractors shall be obligated to deliver under the Contract to any State agency which places a purchase order under the Contract, whether or not such delivery location is identified in the Delivery Schedules. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Alternative work schedule means an approved schedule for an Employee that deviates from the work week described in Section 1, Section 2, or a schedule that deviates from a worksite’s normal schedule. Employees who work a “shift work schedule” as part of a rotating group of individuals who must continuously maintain a 24-hour operation or facility are not eligible for an alternative work schedule.

  • Disclosure Schedules The Radiancy Disclosure Schedule constitutes a part of this Agreement and is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes as if fully set forth herein. Each disclosure made in the DSKX Disclosure Schedule shall be organized by reference to the Section of this Agreement to which it applies; provided, that disclosures in the PHMD Disclosure Schedule with respect to a particular representation or warranty in Article III of this Agreement shall be deemed to be disclosures made with respect to all representations and warranties in Article III of this Agreement with respect to which such disclosure reasonably relates if it is readily apparent that such disclosure would be applicable thereto. Except to the extent that the context otherwise explicitly requires, the disclosure of any item or matter in the Radiancy Disclosure Schedule shall not in and of itself be taken as an indication of the materiality thereof or the level of materiality that is applicable to any representation or warranty set forth herein. The DSKX Disclosure Schedule constitutes a part of this Agreement and is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes as if fully set forth herein. Each disclosure made in the DSKX Disclosure Schedule shall be organized by reference to the Section of this Agreement to which it applies; provided, that disclosures in the DSKX Disclosure Schedule with respect to a particular representation or warranty in Article IV of this Agreement shall be deemed to be disclosures made with respect to all representations and warranties in Article IV of this Agreement with respect to which such disclosure reasonably relates if it is readily apparent that such disclosure would be applicable thereto.
