Applicants are encouraged to include building local training capacity to support the delivery of ECD/E training. FHI 360 is aware that effective ECD/E training modules have been developed and are in use in Swaziland, and therefore does not anticipate that applicants would devote resources to developing new training materials. Applicants are requested to identify and describe the training materials that will be used. ECD materials should include health, nutrition and sanitation; physical and cognitive development; and behavior and discipline. Training recipients will include NCP caregivers, pre-school teachers, and parents or other caregivers. Applicants are requested to include in their application approaches to identifying parents and caregivers who would qualify for ECD/E training. Savings Groups Objective: improve the access to and utility of savings group membership for community members. Direct performance metrics and outputs indicators: Number or individuals trained in managing or training savings groups Number of participants of savings groups receiving direct or step-down CBLD training and other technical support. Development and Education. Upon Licensee’s reasonable request, Licensor agrees to provide reasonable support for the Licensee’s development and educational efforts with respect to the Licensee Products including, but not limited to, the following: (i) Licensor shall provide Licensee, upon request but subject to any agreements of confidentiality with respect thereto, copies of the results of any marketing research conducted by or on behalf of Licensor with respect to the Product(s); and (ii) Licensor shall respond in a timely fashion to any reasonable requests for information by Licensee regarding the Product.
