Second Meal Period. A second meal period of not less than one-half (1/2) hour, and not more than one
(1) hour’s duration, shall be received in tours of duty of more than ten (10) hours, during which a first meal period was received. If an employee does not receive a half (1/2) hour second meal period, one- half (1/2) hour will be added to the tour of duty to be paid at the appropriate rate.
Second Meal Period. (excluding ENG camera, Master Control) On an eight-hour shift, a second paid meal period of 30 minutes will be given after the employee has worked (excluding unpaid first meal period) more than 10 hours. Second Meal Period – ( ENG camera, Master Control) A second paid meal period of 30 minutes will be given after the employee has worked more than 10 hours and a $15 meal allowance will be paid whether the meal was taken or not.
Second Meal Period. An employee who works three (3) or more hours of overtime immediately following their regular scheduled hours of work shall be reimbursed their expenses for one (1) meal in the amount of eleven dollars and fifty cent ($11.50) except where free meals are provided. Reasonable time with pay [minimum thirty (30) minutes] to be determined by management, shall be allowed the employee in order that the employee may take a meal period at their place of work.
Second Meal Period. I understand that I am entitled to a second unpaid and uninterrupted meal period of not less than 30 minutes if I work more than ten (10) hours during a work day. However, I also understand that I can waive the second meal period when my total day’s work will be completed within a work period of not more than twelve (12) hours, as long as I did not waive the first meal period.
Second Meal Period. For employees on a 12 hour shift pattern a second paid meal period of 30 minutes will be given after the employee has worked more than 12.5 hours and a $15 meal allowance will be paid when the meal is taken. If the meal period is not taken, 30 minutes will be added to the end of the shift at 1.5 basic hourly rate. Six dollars meal allowance will be paid for an overnight meal.
24.1 For the purposes of this agreement a vacation day will be calculated at 11.43 hours.
25.1 Employees shall be compensated for the holidays listed in Article 25.0 in the following manner:

25.1 Employees shall be compensated for the holidays listed in Article 25.0 in the following manner:
(a) If an employee is not required to work on a statutory holiday the employee shall be compensated as follows:
(1) Regular full-time employees shall receive compensation equal to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, multiplied by the number of hours in the employee’s standard work day of that particular work week (either 8, 10 or 12 hour).
(b) If the employee is required to work on a statutory holiday the employee shall be compensated as follows:
(1) Regular full-time employees shall receive compensation equal to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, multiplied by the number of hours in the employee’s standard work day of that particular work week (either 8, 10 or 12 hour), plus one and one-half (1.5) times the regular rate of pay for that same duration. All hours worked in excess of the standard work-day (8, 10 or 12) will be paid at 2 times the basic hourly rate.
Second Meal Period. Employees who work more than ten (10) consecutive hours in a single workday shall take a second (2nd) uninterrupted meal period of at least thirty (30) minutes when working more than five (5) consecutive hours in a workday. Employees are expected to return to work promptly at the end of any meal period.
Second Meal Period. News Bureau employees shall receive a second meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes nor more than sixty (60) minutes duration in tours of duty of more than twelve (12) hours, to be paid at the prevailing subse- quent meal rate, unless a meal is provided by the Company. This second meal period shall be assigned or taken beginning not earlier than the start of the ninth (9th) hour of the tour and end not later than the end of the thirteenth (13th) hour of the tour. If such a meal is not taken due to the exigencies of the assignment, then one-half (½) hour will be added to the end of the tour and be paid for at the appropriate rate.
Second Meal Period. When the Company initiates a second meal period in a workday, the second meal period shall commence between the conclusion of the fourth hour of work and the conclusion of the sixth hour of work, calculated from the completion of the previous meal period. In the event that substantials are not provided following the first meal period, a second meal period will be initiated between the conclusion of the fourth hour of work and the conclusion of the fifth hour of work calculated from the completion of the previous meal period.
Second Meal Period. A second meal period of minutes duration shall be assigned in tours of duty of more than ten (10) hours, during which a first (1st) meal period was assigned. In the event that the second meal period is not taken the employee will receive thirty (30) minutes pay al the appropriate rate. The appropriate rate is that which he would have earned if he had worked for an additional one-half hour. When an employee is not given a meal period as scheduled within the time limits required by Article he shall receive, in addition to his regular pay, compensation equal lo one-half (112) times his basic hourly rate for each hour worked with a minimum credit of one (1) hour, until the start of the meal period or from the beginning of the meal period given to the start of the scheduled meal period. The sixty (60) minute meal period referred to in may be reduced by mutual agreement between the employee and his department head or manager provided this does not result in the employee working more than eight (8) hours or seven and one-half hours respectively at the basic rate of pay. Notwithstanding Article and Master Control, Air personnel and mobile crews on outside assignment shall the present practice in receiving meal breaks. therefore understood meals may be taken at any convenient time during his tour of duty. Such employees will continue to be allowed lo in designated areas in the building, operational requirements permitting, but are not allowed to leave the building during inclusive meal breaks. Mobile crews on outside assignments shall take their meal break as time permits. Where inclusive meal breaks are due to operational requirements, such affected employees shall be entitled to claim a maximum of one (1) hour meal displacement credit.
