District Advisory Committee. The District Board shall organize and appoint a District Advisory Committee consisting of one nominee from each Library City consistent with the policies and procedures of Clackamas County and/or the District for advisory committees. The District Board shall appoint the individual nominated by the Library City governing body to fill the service area’s representative seat. District Advisory Committee. The School District shall include teachers on the District Advisory Committee.

The District Board shall appoint the individual nominated by the Library City governing body to fill the service area’s representative seat. The District Advisory Committee shall be responsible for meeting at least annually to consider: (i) the evaluation reports of participating libraries as submitted pursuant to Section 2.3, (ii) any proposed changes to this Agreement pursuant to the amendment process described in Section 3.3, and (iii) any impact of the annexation or withdrawal of territory from the District pursuant to Sections 3.4 and 3.5 hereof.
District Advisory Committee. (a) The Recipient shall maintain in each beneficiary district, at all times during the implementation of the Project, a District Advisory Committee with functions, composition and resources satisfactory to the Association.
District Advisory Committee. The Teacher-Administration Advisory Committee shall be established to discuss any matters concerning educational policies and developments or any other problem or subject of interest or concern, except personnel issues that may impact the evaluation of a teacher, administrator or other member of the district staff. No discussions, resolutions, understandings, or agreements reached by the District Advisory Committee shall be subject to the grievance procedure or binding arbitration under this Agreement.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
