District Budget Committee. The District Administration and the Federation agree to the continuation of the District Budget Committee. The committee will be composed of representatives chosen by the Petaluma Federation of Teachers, Petaluma Leadership Association, California School Employees Association, Petaluma Chapter #212, and Petaluma Confidential Employees. The Committee will be co-chaired by organization representatives and the Superintendent or designee. The District Administration and the Federation agree to provide reasonable release time for members of the Committee to meet. The Committee will:
District Budget Committee. The Union President or his/her designee shall be a voting member of the District Budget Committee.
District Budget Committee. State law also requires that the District constitute a Budget Committee consisting of the members of the District Board and an equal number of citizens, who may be nominated pursuant to existing County budget committee procedures. The role and responsibilities of the Budget Committee shall be as set forth in the applicable statutes.
