Education Compensation. A twenty-five cent (.25) per hour rate will be paid to ESP I employees having earned an Associate Degree. A $500 per year stipend will be paid to ESP II employees who have earned an Associate Degree. For ESP II employees beginning employment on or after July 1, 2018 this benefit is not available.

Education Compensation. 5.1. A releasing club is entitled to demand education compensation for players between the ages of 16 and 23 participating in club or national team competitions (criterion: being listed at least once in an official match report in the respective season).
