Education/Experience Sample Clauses

The Education/Experience clause sets out the minimum educational qualifications and/or professional experience required for a person to be eligible for a particular role or responsibility under the agreement. Typically, it specifies degrees, certifications, or a certain number of years of relevant work experience that an individual must possess. This clause ensures that only suitably qualified individuals are assigned to perform specific tasks, thereby maintaining standards and reducing the risk of inadequate performance.
Education/Experience a. At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following fields: Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Recreation, Art or Music Therapy, Child Development, Human Development and Family Sciences, General Human Services AND at least one year of experience with individuals who present with difficult or dangerous behaviors; OR b. Three years of experience with individuals who present difficult or dangerous behaviors AND at least one year of that experience must include providing the services of a Behavior Consultant.
Education/Experience. High School diploma or GED required. Technical school or apprenticeship program in related field is preferred. • Proficient verbal and written communication skills to deliver information to coworker(s) and supervisor(s) • Experience reading and understanding instructions (examples may include: operating and safety rules, bulletins, special instructions, and federal regulatory documents) • Previous operation of on track equipment preferred. • One (1) year Railroad Maintenance of Way work experience preferred. • Experience using hand tools, power tools and hydraulic equipment. A combination of experience/skills and education to fulfill the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position may be considered.
Education/Experience. ● MSc degree in life sciences, engineering or business ● 15+ years regulatory and clinical experience in a life sciences technology driven company. ● Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive and key operational groups. ● Progressive & proven record of leadership and managing regulatory/clinical organization’s with global responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives. ● Experience with all phases of the product development lifecycle, including concept, design, implementation, verification and validation activities necessary for product commercialization. ● Extensive experience in cGMP and other Regulatory compliance requirements. Experienced in regulatory filings for US, Canada and other key countries/regions.
Education/Experience. The Education Experience to be provided will be of such content and cover such periods of time as may be mutually agreed upon by School and Facility, from time to time. The starting and ending date for each Education Experience will be agreed upon before the program begins.

Education/Experience. All administrators or other person whose primary responsibility is administering instructional programs or as a chief business official shall meet the certification and continuing education requirements as described in MCL 380.1246. It is the employee’s responsibility to understand and fulfill any license and training obligations specific to position and/or for equipment that will be operated.

For an employee whose highest degree is a master's degree, sum: academic and in-service credits in excess of forty-five earned after the awarding or conferring of the bachelor's degree and prior to the awarding or conferring of the master's degree; and academic and in-service credits earned after the awarding or conferring of the master's degree.

Education/Experience. The parties shall work together to maintain an environment of quality clinicallearning experiences and quality patient care. At the request of either party, a meeting or conference will be held between representatives of Emory and School to resolve any problems or develop any improvements in the operation of the clinical training program(s).
