Educational Access. An “Educational Access Channel” is a channel position designated for noncommercial use by educational institutions such as public or private schools (but not “home schools”), community colleges, and universities.

Educational Access. The Educational Access Channel’s capacity for elementary and secondary education shall be for the use of local elementary and secondary schools and districts, other independent school districts, and private schools located in the geographical confines of the TBNK Member Governments and their respective boards of education for non- commercial educational programming.‌‌
Educational Access. Franchisee shall provide channel capacity for the use of public, private and special schools in the City and the County during the period 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m.
Educational Access. The University shall secure funding to support Ute and other American Indian students while attending the University. The University agrees that as part of the scholarship campaign, a specific scholarship category will be created to support Ute students, and that an ongoing source of funds will be created from revenue sources such as merchandise sales, private donors and/or other sources to be determined; the intent of the agreement is that these funds will be dedicated to support Ute students and not diverted to other needs. The specific scholarship category for Ute students shall be continually maintained in perpetuity through revenue sources such as merchandise sales, private donors and/or other sources to be determined. The administration and use of the specific Ute scholarship category shall be determined by separate agreement between the Parties to this MOU. Advisor/Advisory Board The University shall appoint, with approval from the Utah Tribal Leaders Council, a Special Advisor to the President on Native American Affairs. The advisor will serve in an unpaid, part-time capacity to function as a liaison between the tribal leaders and University to address issues related to the University that may arise from time to time. The Utah Tribal Leaders Council shall appoint at least two members to the advisory board of the American Indian Resource Center. In addition, the Utah Tribal Leaders Council will be invited to an annual meeting with the University President and other senior University administrators. As described in the “Maintenance of the Agreement” below, a joint committee composed of four members – two appointed by the Ute Indian Tribal Business Committee and two appointed by the University of Utah – will serve in an advisory capacity to the President.
Educational Access. The Franchisee shall continue to carry the current five (5) Educational Access channels: School District of Philadelphia, Community College of Philadelphia, Temple University, Drexel University, and La Salle University (each an “educational programmer”). Franchisee and each individual educational programmer may agree to discontinue an educational access channel (such as in exchange for Video On-Demand capacity) at the option of the educational programmer. The standard definition versions of Educational Access channels carried in high definition may be discontinued when 90% of Franchisee’s customers subscribe to high definition Cable Services on the condition that Comcast will provide a complimentary HD digital television adapter to any Basic Tier Customer who has not yet converted to HD service at least thirty (30) days prior to the PEG channel no longer being made available in standard definition format.
Educational Access. The Issuing Authority, either through the Executive Office of Communications or through the establishment of a non-profit educational access corporation, shall provide educational programming for Somerville Subscribers. The Issuing Authority, either through the Executive Office of Communications or through the establishment of a non-profit educational access corporation, shall manage annual funding and establish rules, procedures and guidelines for the use of the Educational Access Channel.
Educational Access. An Access Channel set aside for educational access programming shall be considered fully programmed when it is programmed with qualified programming at least 112 hours per week over a consecutive 26-week period. All qualified programming shall count in this measurement for the actual running time shown. Repeat programs as defined in § 4(a)(7)(C)(i) are qualified programming only to a maximum of 10% of total qualified programming. Alternatively, an Educational Access Channel may be considered fully programmed even if the above criteria are not met if the Company agrees that it is fully programmed.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Additional Acceptable Uses of Student Data Contractor is prohibited from using Student Data for any secondary use not described in this agreement except: a. for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes; b. to market an educational application or product to a parent or legal guardian of a student if Contractor did not use Data, shared by or collected per this Contract, to market the educational application or product; c. to use a recommendation engine to recommend to a student i. content that relates to learning or employment, within the third-party contractor's internal application, if the recommendation is not motivated by payment or other consideration from another party; or

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • Technology Access Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of: • providing equivalent access for effective use by both visual and non-visual means; • presenting information, including prompts used for interactive communications, in formats intended for non-visual use; and • being integrated into networks for obtaining, retrieving, and disseminating information used by individuals who are not blind or visually impaired. For purposes of this Section, the phrase “equivalent access” means a substantially similar ability to communicate with or make use of the technology, either directly by features incorporated within the technology or by other reasonable means such as assistive devices or services which would constitute reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act or similar state or federal laws. Examples of methods by which equivalent access may be provided include, but are not limited to, keyboard alternatives to mouse commands and other means of navigating graphical displays, and customizable display appearance. In accordance with Section 2157.005 of the Texas Government Code, the Technology Access Clause contract provision remains in effect for any contract entered into before September 1, 2006.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Additional Access Rights For the avoidance of doubt any grant of Access Rights not covered by the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement shall be at the absolute discretion of the owning Party and subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the owning and receiving Parties.
