Educational Differential for Advanced Degrees. The County shall pay an educational differential, as listed in this section, for degrees achieved above the degree required by the minimum qualifications for the position or required by law. Unit S members who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing shall receive one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour. Unit S members who possess both a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health shall receive two dollars and forty cents ($2.40) per hour. A Master of Public Health degree is only applicable for Health Department employees. Should a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health be required, an employee who possesses a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health shall receive one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour. Unit S members shall only be eligible for one educational differential for advanced degree as listed above. Only degrees from accredited institutions will be recognized.
Educational Differential for Advanced Degrees. The following classifications shall receive an educational differential equal to 2% of base salary for possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an additional 2% of base salary for possession of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health.   • Shift Differential Pay A. Employees shall receive additional compensation at the rate of $.75 per hour for all hours worked on an assigned shift when the majority of the hours worked are between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. B. In lieu of compensation set forth in paragraph A above, employees shall receive additional compensation at the rate of $1.50 per hour for all hours worked on a regularly assigned shift when the majority of the hours worked are between 12:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment The Appointing Officer shall adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose compensation grade is set herein subject to the following conditions:

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour.   • Monthly Disbursements On or before the fifth (5th) day of each calendar month, during the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements (or such other date as Landlord may designate), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord: (i) a request for reimbursement of amounts paid to the “Contractor,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, approved by Tenant, in a commercially reasonable form to be provided by Landlord, showing the schedule, by trade, of percentage of completion of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises, detailing the portion of the work completed and the portion not completed; (ii) invoices from all of “Tenant’s Agents,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1.2 of this Tenant Work Letter, for labor rendered and materials for the Premises; (iii) executed mechanic’s lien releases, as applicable, from all of Tenant’s Agents which shall comply with the appropriate provisions, as reasonably determined by Landlord, of California Civil Code Section 3262(d); and (iv) all other information reasonably requested by Landlord. Tenant’s request for payment shall be deemed Tenant’s acceptance and approval of the work furnished and/or the materials supplied as set forth in Tenant’s payment request. Within forty-five (45) days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver a check to Tenant made payable to Tenant in payment of the lesser of: (A) the amounts so requested by “tenant as set forth in this Section 2.2.3.1, above (or, subject to the terms of Section 4.2.1, below, a percentage thereof), and (B) the balance of any remaining available portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, provided that Landlord does not dispute any request for payment based on non-compliance of any work with the “Approved Working Drawings,” as that term is defined in Section 3.5 below, or due to any substandard work. Landlord’s payment of such amounts shall not be deemed Landlord’s approval or acceptance of the work furnished or materials supplied as set forth in Tenant’s payment request.
