Public employees and pensioners (see Section 1.3.1.2.2) shall be eligible to enroll in the GHP according to policies determined by the Government and their eligibility period shall be determined through such policies. The Puerto Rico Medicaid Program and ASES do not play a role in determining the eligibility for public employees and pensioners.

Effective Date of Eligibility for Enrollees that have been Recertified is the date immediately following the expiration of the twelve (12) month period.
