Electronic Technologists. The regular working hours shall not exceed a shift of hours in any one day. General holidays will be paid on the basis of hours per day. The hours of work shalt be based on an average of hours per week. Compensation of authorized overtime shall be paid at the rate provided in the Collective Agreement. Employees who work on their regular day of rest shall be paid at premium rates for the actual hours worked. General holidays for which premium rates apply will to be paid at premium rates for the actual hours worked on any holiday. There shall be two (2) twenty (20) minute rest periods during each ten (10) hour shift. Income protection credits (sick leave) would be reduced by the actual number of hours utilized. Electronic Technologists. This Agreement signed this of For the Health Sciences Centre For the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL (Energy Plant) AND THE HEALTH SCIENCES CENTRE This is to certify that the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local and the Management of the Health Sciences Centre mutually agree to implement a twelve (12) hour for the Power Engineers and Assistant Power Engineers who are on rotating shifts, and for the Maintenance Power Engineers, when acting as alternates: The regular working hours shall not exceed a shift of twelve (12) hours in any one day. The hours of work shall be based on an average of forty (40) hours per week as per shift schedule attached. There shall be three (3) twenty (20) minute rest periods during each twelve (12) hour shift. Compensation of authorized overtime shall be paid at the rate provided in the Collective Agreement Employees who work on their regular day of rest shall be paid at overtime rates and guaranteed work for the full twelve (12) hour shift if replacing a regular shift employee who is absent, unless employees have agreed to share the "absent" shift in which case the employees would be paid at overtime rates for the actual hours worked.   • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.

  • Electronic Links The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may provide hyperlinks from the Participating Institutions’ and the Authorized Users’ web page(s) or website(s) to individual units of content within the Licensed Materials.

  • Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana.
