Eligibility for Retroactive Compensation or Benefits. ‌ In order to be eligible for any retroactive compensation or benefits a unit member must be on the payroll as of the date of the ratification of this Memorandum of Agreement.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
