Emergency Services Employees. (i) Regular hours of work shall not exceed two thousand, eighty (2080) regular hours per year. (ii) In addition, the schedule of the Emergency Service Workers shall not exceed two thousand one hundred and eighty-four (2,184 hours) per year subject to approvals of the Labour Standards Officer. A schedule will consist of an averaged forty-two (42) hours per week with a rotation consisting of two (2) consecutive twelve (12) hour day shifts followed by two consecutive twelve (12) hour night shifts followed by four (4) consecutive days of rest. The difference in 2080 and 2184 is governed by the Office of Nunavut’s Labour Standards, as amended from time to time, and shall be paid at the appropriate legislated rate, as amended from time. (iii) The Union and the Employer shall obtain the necessary legislated averaging permits in a timely manner by the Labour Standards Officer. (iv) If Labour Standards Officer does not grant permits as requested by the Employer and the Union, the Employer shall consult with the Union and the affected employees and shall conclude, in a timely manner, a reasonable schedule. (v) In the event other circumstances arise that necessitate a change, such as mandatory industry regulatory requirements, or WSCC or other legislated amendments etc. the Employer shall consult with the Union and the affected employees and shall conclude in a timely manner a reasonable schedule.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • CHANGES IN EMERGENCY AND SERVICE CONTACT PERSONS In the event that the name or telephone number of any emergency or service contact for the Competitive Supplier changes, Competitive Supplier shall give prompt notice to the Town in the manner set forth in Article 18.3.   • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
