WORKPLACE CONDUCT.
32.1 The Corporation and the Union are committed to working with employees to maintain a work environment free from violence, threats of violence, intimidation, sexual harassment and other disruptive behaviour and promote a workplace in which there is respect for employees and the public. Violence, threats, intimidation, sexual harassment and other disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated in the workplace. Such behaviour can include oral and written statements, gestures or expressions that communicate direct or indirect threat, physical harm. Staff who are the recipient of such behaviour, whether such behaviour is from another staff member or a member of the public, are encouraged to report such behaviour to one or more of the following: Their Supervisor Security Human Resources Their Union The Police Should an employee observe inappropriate behaviour, the employee is encouraged to report details of the incident to the employee’s Supervisor or Human Resources. Any reported incident will be taken seriously and action taken appropriate to the circumstances. Such action may include removing from the premises an individual committing such an act. The individual could then be subject, in the case of an employee, to disciplinary action, and/or criminal penalties and, in the case of a member of the public, criminal penalties.
WORKPLACE CONDUCT. Appraiser’s conduct at Aqua’s facilities or at the System shall comply with the following requirements:
20.1. Access to Aqua’s workplace is controlled to promote a secure work environment. Appraiser shall only access Aqua facilities by obtaining a pass from the security desk or via a magnetic swipe card issued by Aqua. Appraiser shall not provide access to an Aqua facility to any third party.
20.2. Aqua complies with federal state and local laws prohibiting discrimination, including harassment, based upon race, color, religion, sex, national origin, pregnancy, disabilities, membership in the armed forces of the United State of America, sexual orientation and gender identity. While performing services hereunder, Appraiser shall not engage in conduct violating such laws. In the event Appraiser believes she has been subjected to such harassment or discrimination, Appraiser may report such concerns to Aqua’s vice president for Human Resources or may do so anonymously via My Safe Workplace: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 0-000-000-0000.
20.3. Appraiser shall exercise reasonable caution while on Aqua’s premises or at the System and shall comply with any safety procedures applicable at the site. Appraiser is solely responsible for ensuring that it, its employees or subcontractors comply with safety regulations applicable to any services performed hereunder.
WORKPLACE CONDUCT. 24.01 The Company and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in a harassment-free environment and are committed to providing a workplace that is supportive of the dignity, self-esteem and contribution of all employees.
24.02 Any such complaints shall be processed in accordance with the policies that have been jointly developed and/or modified by the Company and the Union.
WORKPLACE CONDUCT. The Employer and the Association agree that employees, managers, dispatchers, and supervisors will treat each other, regardless of position or profession, with dignity, courtesy, trust and respect. The foregoing principles shall also apply in providing services to patients, allied agency personnel, and visitors. Disputes over the interpretation or application of this Section shall not be subject to the arbitration provision contained in the grievance procedure located elsewhere in this Agreement.
WORKPLACE CONDUCT. Design Professional and Design Professional’s officers, employees, agents and subcontractors, while on City property or interacting with City officers, employees, Design Professionals, or agents, will comply with the City’s policies, rules, and regulations governing work place safety, conduct, and behavior, including without limitation policies prohibiting discrimination or sexual harassment. City will provide Design Professional a copy of the applicable policies.

1.1 Scope of Agreement “The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for the following unit: All full-time and regularly scheduled part-time employees in Northern California, including: EMT-1s, EMT-2s, EMT-Ps, Drivers, Wheelchair Van Drivers, Paramedic CCTs, EMT CCTs, Xxxxxx Van Drivers (Sacramento only), and RNs in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Placer, Sacramento, San Xxxxxx, San Francisco, San Xxxxxxx, San Mateo, Santa Xxxxx, Santa Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare and Yolo Counties and any distinct CCT and IFT divisions;. WORKPLACE CONDUCT. 4.1 The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced by either of them or their representatives against any of the employees of the Employer. The Union further agrees that there will be no Union activity on the Employer’s premises except as provided for in this Agreement, or except as mutually agreed.
