For those employees that choose insurance coverage, the Employer shall provide a hospitalization and major medical health insurance plan, a vision insurance plan, a dental insurance plan, a prescription drug insurance plan, and a group term life insurance plan. Present coverage is set forth in the schedule of benefits attached as Exhibit A.
