Vision and Dental Insurance. The City shall pay the monthly vision and dental insurance premiums for Employee and his eligible dependents.
Vision and Dental Insurance. Beginning with the enrollment period for the calendar year 2004, the school employer will provide each full-time certificated employee with the opportunity to enroll in the group dental and vision insurance plans offered by the East Central Indiana School Trust. The teacher may opt to enroll in either or both plans, and all premiums will be paid by said teacher. The plan will be administered through the Section 125 flexible benefits plan.

The Board will pay 85% of the monthly premium while the employee pays 15% of the monthly premium toward the cost of employee only coverage, employee plus one coverage, or employee plus two or more coverage for each eligible employee. The Board will pay 80% of the premium cost of a single or family contract and the employee will pay 20% of the premium cost. For employees who regularly work less than seven hours per day, the portion of the premium for such insurance which will be paid by the Board shall be determined by multiplying the premium by the fraction expressed as the number of hours such employee is regularly scheduled to work divided by seven (7).

The City and the Association agree to develop a labor-management committee to evaluate efficiency of current vision, dental and other City paid benefits. Committee will determine if any recommendations for future changes are to be communicated to the City Manager.

The Board will pay 80% of the premium cost of a single or family contract and the teacher will pay 20% of the premium cost. For teachers who are part-time, the portion of the premium for such insurance which will be paid by the Board shall be determined by multiplying the premium by the fraction expressed as the number of hours such teacher is regularly scheduled to work divided by seven and one-half (7 l/2). Vision and Dental Insurance. Beginning February 1st, 2024, the Employer will pay the full cost of the premium for single-payer vision and dental insurance for all employees that have completed at least one (1) year of service. New employees will be eligible for dental and vision benefits after 3 months of employment. Smart Set, Inc. will pay fifty percent (50%) of the premium for full-time employees, and twenty-five percent (25%) of the premium for part-time employees.
Vision and Dental Insurance. The District agrees to provide vision and dental coverage to employees and their dependents at no cost to employees. Employees and their dependents will be provided with plans that are as good as or better than existing coverage.
