Employer’s requirements for the service The scope includes the provision of the following facilities management services:  Supervision Service  Cleaner Service  Supply of Cleaning Consumables and Hygiene Consumables  Pest Control and Rodent Control Service  Dedicated Carwash Service at Specific Corporate Sites  Gardener and Odd Jobs Service for these sites: o Graaf Reinet CNC o Uitenhage CNC o Uitenhage Complex o Cradock CNC o Joubertina CNC o Kareedouw CNC o Albany CNC o Humansdorp CNC and Humansdorp WIC o Alexandria CNC o Patensie CNC o Kirkwood CNC o Grahamstown WIC  External Window Cleaning exceeding a height of 3.3m The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, administration and management, equipment, tools, supplies and material required to perform the facilities management services specified herein. Monday - Friday: 7am to 15:30pm Saturday & Sunday: 7am to 15:30pm (if required)
Employer’s requirements. 2.4.1 The Contractor shall not be responsible for the contents of the Employer’s Requirements or for verifying the adequacy of any design contained within them. 2.4.2 If an inadequacy is found in any design in the Employer’s Requirements then if or to the extent that the inadequacy is not dealt with in the Contractor’s Proposals, the Employer’s Requirements shall be corrected, altered or modified accordingly. Any correction, alteration or modification under this clause shall be treated as a Change.
Employer’s requirements for the service The Contractor is responsible for providing skills mentioned in the service information on an as and when required basis in Grootvlei Power Station. The contractor shall be responsible for: • Attending meetings when required • Staffing and management • Ensure compliance with OSHAct and national standards • Ensure compliance with Eskom policies and procedures • Compliance to all legal requirements • The Contractor shall make the plant available immediately after Task Order issue. • The breakdown turnaround time is 48hours, refer to low performance service table (X17) on C1 2a (data by the Employer). • Qualified mechanic (s) should be provided to attend to all machine breakdown within the specified duration (48 hours) as specified on X17 Table (low performance Service). • All machines shall be in good working order and safety equipment /tools shall be provided where applicable at all times (i.e fire extinguishers and first aid box etc). • The C.O.C’s/operating licences for the equipment operators shall be provided and they shall be in line with the requirements of this contract? • Plant Mechanic(s) shall be qualified and trade tested on the (Diesel Mechanic).
Employer’s requirements. The Employer’s Requirements are specified and defined by the documents and drawings detailed within the list entitled Frozen Basic Design Drawings & Documents dated 30/06/2014 and by the document entitled User Requirement Specification (URS) For MosaiQ Consumable Manufacturing Facility URS0023.R01, attached hereto. For the avoidance of doubt the definition “Employer’s Requirements” shall be deemed to include both: the above referenced and attached documents, and the documents and drawings referred to therein. Each document referenced shall each be considered to be documents forming part of the Agreement (either by inclusion or by reference), and are intended to be mutually explanatory.
