Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing. Where an employee works a broken shift each portion of that shift will be considered a separate shift for the purpose of this clause. Provided that a shift broken by a meal break of one hour or less will not constitute a broken shift.
Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing. The time allowed for morning and afternoon tea will not exceed seven minutes for each such break which will be taken when convenient to the Employer without deduction of pay for such time.
