Equipment and Location. Client will grant GTT, its agents and contractors, access to and use of Client’s facilities to the extent reasonably necessary for the installation, connection, removal, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems relating to Services. Client will not allow or cause any service, facility, or equipment of GTT or its suppliers to be rearranged, moved, modified, repaired or relocated without GTT’s written consent. Client will not create or allow any liens or other encumbrances to be placed on any such facilities or equipment of GTT or its suppliers. If Client relocates or changes the place of the Service provided under any SOF, Client will pay all additional installation and related charges associated with such relocation. GTT may require Client, as a condition to receiving Service, to use customer premise equipment (CPE) supplied by GTT. Unless agreed otherwise between the Parties, all CPE shall remain the exclusive property of GTT. Client will return disconnected or faulty CPE in accordance with GTT’s return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) process which includes completing the necessary forms and using the shipping label provided by GTT, if applicable. Client will pay GTT the associated non-return fee for CPE specified in the related SOF (or if no non-return fee is specified, the manufacturer’s suggested retail price as of the date of the related SOF) that is (i) not returned to GTT within fifteen (15) days of the disconnection date or the date that Client receives new CPE to replace faulty CPE or (ii) damaged during return shipping to GTT. If Client takes ownership of CPE, Client will assist GTT with all administrative requirements associated with such ownership.
Equipment and Location. The Contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the Services, including any necessary office or work space, and for determining the location from which the Services are provided. From time to time the Company may provide certain materials, equipment or space, or require the Contractor to attend to a certain location, for its own convenience and in its sole discretion.
Equipment and Location. 3.1. Contractor shall furnish all procedures, materials and equipment, at its own expense, to carry out the terms of this Agreement, except as may be otherwise specified in this Agreement.
3.2. Contractor shall not use County premises, property (including equipment, instruments, or supplies) or personnel in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

Equipment and Location. 16.1 Not in any way limiting the Client’s rights in terms of Section-34 (schedule of equipment and costs), the Contractor undertakes to maintain the “equipment” in accordance with the “maintenance objectives” of the Agreement in the “buildings” of the Client as shown in Annex- 1.
16.2 As agreed in writing between the parties and in terms of the Agreement, “equipment” may be added to or omitted from the Agreement (Annex-1).
16.3 The Contractor shall issue a revised Annex-1 at least once every twelve-(12) months (on the anniversary of the price adjustment month) or at earlier intervals should “equipment” be added or removed from this schedule of “equipment”.

All MOD and supplier equipment shall remain the exclusive property of MOD and the supplier, respectively, and shall be immediately returned to MOD upon termination of this MSA. MOD will have sole discretion to design and provision the underlying infrastructure as it deems necessary to provision the Services pursuant to this MSA.

Customerwill notalloworcauseanyservice, facility, or equipment of X86 NETWORK SDN BHD orits suppliers to berearranged, moved, modified, repairedor relocated without X86 NETWORK SDN BHD's written consent. Customerwill not createorallow anyliens orotherencumbrances tobeplaced onanysuch facilities or equipment of X86 NETWORK SDN BHD orits suppliers. All X86 NETWORK SDN BHD andsupplier equipment shall remain the exclusive property of X86 NETWORK SDN BHD and the supplier, respectively, and shall be immediately returned to X86 NETWORK SDN BHD upon termination of these SOA Terms. X86 NETWORK SDN BHD will have sole discretion to design and provision the underlying infrastructure as it deems necessary to provision the Services pursuant to these SOA Terms
Equipment and Location. Customer will not allow or cause any facility or equipment of T3VoiceNet to be rearranged, moved, modified, repaired or relocated without T3VoiceNet’s consent. Customer will not create or allow any liens or other encumbrances to be placed on any such facilities or equipment of T3VoiceNet and will be responsible for all loss or damage to such equipment during the Term of this Agreement. If Customer relocates or changes the place of the Service provided under this Agreement, Customer will pay all additional installation and related charges associated with such relocation. All T3VoiceNet equipment shall be returned to T3VoiceNet upon expiration or termination of this Agreement in the same condition as when received, except for reasonable wear and tear.
Equipment and Location. Lessor must provide louvered or directional air diffusers or grilles and necessary operational controls to allow Lessee to control the direction and flow of the supplied air. No open-ended ductwork will be permitted in the leased space, and the ductwork may not be exposed in office areas. Air velocity at the face of the diffuser or grilles must not create a noise level that would interfere with Xxxxxx’s use of the lease space. The location of the air conditioning/heating unit must not be such as to inconvenience the Lessee unduly, either due to maintenance requirements or noise levels.
Equipment and Location. 🞏 I have or will provide a laptop computer, software access and other equipment needed to enable therequesting employee to successfully their complete job remotely. 🞏 I can proficiently provide the necessary tools and resources for my staff (e.g., Zoom, Office 365 suite, calendar maintenance, Help Desk) 🞏 The requesting employee’s calendar is up to date and others have appropriate access to viewtheir availability in order to effectively work with the team. 🞏 The requesting employee has taken the Risk Management training associated with the Remote Work Policy. 🞏 There is adequate and appropriate work space at the employee’s alternative work location, which may be subject to review by Risk Management.
