Work Policy. Personnel of either Party working on the premises of the other Party (excluding in the case of Purchaser, premises of Seller leased to Purchaser), and all other Personnel required by Law or government rules or regulations, shall comply with the safety, security and other regulations of the other Party generally applicable to its outside contractors and Personnel particular to each work location, including, where applicable, internal security department fingerprinting, photographing and screening processes. Personnel of a Party, when deemed appropriate by the other Party, will be issued visitor identification cards. Each such card will be surrendered by upon demand by the other Party or upon termination of this Agreement or completion of the relevant MLCC Services. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Personnel of each Party will observe the working hours, working rules, and holiday schedules of the other Party while working on the other Party's premises (excluding in the case of Purchaser, premises of Seller leased to Purchaser). Each Party shall advise the other Party immediately in the event that any Personnel with security access to any premises of the other Party (i) is no longer assigned to perform MLCC Services, or (ii) is no longer employed by such Party.
Work Policy. If the Personnel of a party or its Affiliates, in providing or receiving the Transition Services, as applicable, visit or work at a site or facility of the other party or its Affiliates, such party shall cause such Personnel to comply with the other party’s and its Affiliates’ safety and Security Regulations applicable to such site or facility. Except as otherwise agreed to by the parties, each party’s and its Affiliates’ Personnel shall observe the working hours, working rules, and holiday schedules of the other party and its Affiliates while working on the premises of the other party.

Work Policy. It is the policy of the Company to make available to an employee who has suffered a workplace injury, work that is within their capabilities until such time as they are able to resume full pre-accident duties. The Company will make every reasonable effort to provide accommodation on the regular job, comparable job or suitable employment to ensure compliance with the Canadian Human Rights code, the Worker’s Compensation Act, and other related legislation.
Work Policy. 4.01 The normal workday for a cafeteria employee shall be based on a schedule setup by the superintendent or an administrator designated by the superintendent. Such schedule shall include a lunch hour for employees who work four (4) hours per day. Employees working less than four (4) hours a day will not have a lunch hour included in their schedule.
4.02 Each employee will have a fifteen (15) minute break in the morning, to be scheduled by the immediate supervisor.
4.03 The work year for employees shall be 180 days.
4.04 Employees shall be expected to exercise reasonable care with respect to the safety of students and property.
4.05 When the entire school district is closed because of an Act of God, employees shall not be required to report to work, nor shall they suffer any loss of wages if the day is not rescheduled.

Except as otherwise specified by Pershing, Independent Contractor and Assigned Person(s) agree to observe the working hours, rules and holiday schedule of Pershing while working on Pershing's premises. Adherence to such working hours, rules and holiday schedules shall not constitute justification for failure to timely complete any Services, nor shall adherence to Pershing's rules and schedule create an employment relationship between Pershing and Independent Contractor or Assigned Person(s). Assigned Person(s) shall not be entitled to receive any benefits or payments which Pershing may provide to its employees.

The Contractor agrees to observe the working hours, work rules, building security measures and holiday schedule of the County, which will be provided to the Contractor upon request; provided, however, that adherence to such working hours and schedules shall not constitute justification for non-accomplishment of agreed upon schedules and deadlines.
Work Policy. (a) Students and Studio Company members shall only be cast in corps de ballet roles (as defined by the Artistic Director). EMPLOYER shall use best efforts to cast all Company Dancers before casting students or Studio Company dancers in any Production. In the event a student or Studio Company member is cast in place of a Company Dancer, such dancer shall be compensated for rehearsals and performances at the weekly Apprentice I rate.
(b) EMPLOYER may use student or Studio Company member to replace a Company Dancer due to injury or illness without additional compensation provided all other Company dancers are utilized in the Production. EMPLOYER will meet with AGMA delegates to discuss.
(c) Studio Company members may be used to cover Principal or Soloist roles. However, EMPLOYER shall so notify AGMA delegates and upon request, will meet with the AGMA delegates to discuss. In the event that a Studio Company member performs the Soloist or Principal role, regardless of the circumstances, such dancer shall be compensated for rehearsal time and performances at the weekly New Dancer Rate.
(d) To ensure the safety of all ARTISTS, EMPLOYER will not cast any Student in a role that requires the partnering or lifting of another ARTIST. In the event that EMPLOYER would like to use a studio company artist to partner another ARTIST as part of their training experience, EMPLOYER will ensure that a member of the artistic or academy staff who has experience and expertise in partnering, is included in all rehearsals involving such partnering as a way of assisting this training experience and ensuring that all partnering is done safely. Upon ARTIST’s request, additional rehearsal will be scheduled with a member of the Artistic Staff or academy staff who can demonstrate lifting and partnering to specifically focus on partnering sections of the choreography. EMPLOYER may schedule such rehearsal without regard to the limitation set forth in Paragraph 33(b) of this Agreement upon mutual agreement between EMPLOYER and the ARTIST(s) involved.
Work Policy. 5.1 The Service Provider agrees to put in its best efforts to meet the Bank’s assigned deadlines and standards as applicable to avoid penalty.
5.2 The Service Provider shall not, knowingly or unknowingly, engage any person with criminal record/conviction or any person who participates in a pre-trial diversion program, and any such person shall be barred from participating directly or indi- rectly in providing the services under the Agreement. Police verification of all the personnel engaged by the Service Provider should be arranged and confirmed to the Bank in writing. If it is later found that the Service Provider had employed any person with criminal record or prior conviction, the Banks shall have the option to terminate the contract, including claiming damages for losses suffered, if any.
5.3 The Service Provider and/or individual so assigned for the performance of the ser- vices under the Agreement agree to comply with all of the Bank’s standards and procedures stipulated in this respect at the locations where the Service Provider is performing work to avoid penalty.
5.4 The Service Provider shall compensate the Bank for any loss and / or damage caused to the Bank as a consequence of non-compliance of all or any of the terms of the Clause or for the misconduct or negligence of all or any of its employees, representatives or any individual assigned for the performance of the services un- der the Agreement. In the event of such a claim for loss or damages being made by the Bank, the Bank shall be entitled to adjust such amounts as claimed against the future or outstanding payments due to the Service Provider. Any such claim for loss and / or damage made by the Bank shall not amount to a waiver for the Bank’s right to terminate this Agreement or any of the other rights available to the Bank either under the Agreement or otherwise.
5.5 The Service Provider shall hold meeting with the Bank Personnel to discuss and review its performance on a monthly basis and shall implement any suggestion made by the Bank for the betterment of its services.
5.6 The Service provider shall not engage in any conduct or practice which violates any applicable local, state or union law, statute, order or regulation, which is in force or that may come in force during the tenure of this Agreement.
