ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Employees in this position are responsible for successful organization and planning of athletic programs. The Athletic Coach must possess knowledge in their sport. The Athletic Coach must act be able to instruct and inspire student athletes. The Athletic Coach must schedule practices, games and team meetings. The Athletic Coach should be familiar with the Academy mission and Michigan High School Athletic Association (“MHSAA”) rules and regulations. In addition, the Athletic Coach is responsible for all other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Implementation of the Strategic Plan as adopted by the Board of Directors. Oversees daily office functions ensuring that the needs and requests of the residents are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Maintains all district records as required by the governing documents, state law and Public Alliance protocol. Ensures that all district correspondence and notices are accurate and timely. Monitors the newsletter to ensure consistency and appropriate tone. Contributes a regular management column and items to clarify board actions and policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES i. As a financial Consultant to the CEO and President, Consultant will coordinate the creation of business plans and help in overseeing financial investments and expenditures and perform controller duties.
ii. Consultant will help establish and oversee financial systems and controls to ensure compliance for all lines of business and monitor financial procedures to meet business objectives.
iii. Consultant will assist in the creation, implementation and adherence to company financial policies and procedures, government regulations, sound accounting practices (GAAP) and tax and reporting as they relate to company financial activities.
iv. Consultant will advise and assist in the coordination of the Corporation's outside auditing firm and corporate and SEC attorneys relating to all financial and SEC reporting issues.
v. Consultant will advise regarding potential financial liabilities faced by the Company on all fronts, and work with the executive management team to mitigate these liabilities, especially as situations arise which may influence and effect the investment community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Drives a vehicle to patrol assigned areas of the County to provide for the safety and well-being of life and property. Responds to calls for assistance and complaints of crimes and disturbances. Makes initial investigations at crime scenes, including interviews and preserving evidence. Performs all the duties of a deputy coroner. Serves legal and civil process orders of courts including arrest warrants, restraining orders and subpoenas Appears in court to give testimony and present evidence. Prepares and submits reports as required. Arrests or assists in the arrest of suspects. Enforces traffic regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Provides adult psychiatric and medication evaluations, prescription services and medication education through routine medication clinics. Participates in clinical staffing meetings to provide recommendations for treatment interventions and treatment plan implementations for clients. Maintains clinical records. Works closely with the medical providers, behavioral health team and the pharmacy team to track adherence and client’s response to psychiatric medications. Reviews quarterly reports on targeted performance indicators, quality measures and health outcomes to the Director of Program Development who serves on the Performance Improvement Committee. Provides training for support and clinical personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven communication, organizational, leadership and general management skills. - Excellent general management and project management skills. - Masters degree required. CLU and/or CPCU designations (or active student status in either program) required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Plans, organizes, and directs the provision of legal services to eligible persons accused of criminal offenses or subject to certain conservatorship proceedings; establishes and applies policies related to the public defense program. Interviews and selects new employees, and evaluates employee performance; develops and directs an in-service training program; initiates and approves personnel transactions and directs the assignment of personnel. Consults with Chief Deputy and Senior Attorneys regarding the assignment of individual attorneys to specific Superior, Municipal, and Juvenile Courts; personally reviews samplings of case files and transcripts of preliminary hearings in felony cases, and other materials related to incoming or continuing work load. Consults with legal staff on the conduct of cases in progress, and gives advice and assistance as necessary; reviews selected outgoing correspondence, completed files on closed cases, reports of completed investigations, and other materials comprising finished work. Public Defender 5 4050 Xxx personally appear in court as defense attorney during peak periods; reviews and evaluates summaries prepared by legal staff recommending that cases be contested in Superior Court; determines whether convictions should be appealed to higher courts. Confers with the Chief Deputy Public Defenders and subordinate Senior Trial Attorneys regarding policies, procedures and activities of the departmental program, including the review of major cases in order to determine the effect of such cases on workload; discusses the public defense program with judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officials and the public; keeps up to date on changes in statutory and decisional law, and directs the attention of the staff to changes. Prepares reports as requested or required for the County Administrator, Board of Supervisors and Auditor; establishes and maintains a system of office forms, procedures, record keeping and reporting systems, and initiates appropriate changes. Directs the preparation of the departmental budget showing justification for requested appropriations and staffing; administers the approved budget and controls expenditures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES. Duties as assigned at the direction and approval of a Sergeant and will be directed to assist Officers or directly dispatched to routine calls with the approval of a Sergeant • Responds to and prepares reports of calls for service that are not in progress, routine in nature, and where suspects are not on the scene and there is no immediate threat. Routine calls are incidents where the situation is over, there is no threat to life or property, and no chance of apprehending a suspect, but response is still needed • Staffs the desk at the five Department substations by taking walk-in reports and telephone reports • Provides support for various services to the public, other agencies and Police Officers, such as delivering messages, assisting in report completion, providing transportation and assisting stranded persons • Performs required research to locate information for police use, such as gathering available information on possible drug houses, wanted and paroled persons and property owners • Assists at various incidents, such as potentially-hazardous situations, traffic accidents, crime scenes, fires, funerals, special events, and during power outages and weather-related incidents • Takes reports of runaways, including cases arising from missing person reports • Assists in providing perimeter security for crime scenes • Does not have arrest authority beyond that granted by state law to a private citizen. Such employees shall not carry or possess a firearm while discharging his or her duties as a Police Community Service Officer. The carrying or possessing of a firearm is prohibited, regardless of whether or not the Police Community Service Officer has been issued a concealed weapons permit. • Other duties within the scope of this job description.
