Evaluator's Report. In the event that an evaluator determines that the performance of an employee under his or her supervision is unsatisfactory, the evaluator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent on or before January 20. The report shall include the following:
a. The evaluation report prepared pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs A.3.d and C.1 above, and
b. A recommended specific and reasonable program designed to assist the employee in improving his or her performance.
Evaluator's Report. If at any time after October 15 an evaluator determines, on the basis of the evaluation criteria, that the performance of an employee is not judged satisfactory, the evaluator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent. The report shall include the following:
a. The evaluation report prepared pursuant to the provisions for evaluation provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
b. A recommended specific and reasonable program designed to assist the employee in improving his or her performance.
Evaluator's Report. At any time after October 15 of any school year, but no later than February 1, a non-provisional employee whose performance is judged unsatisfactory based on district evaluation criteria shall be notified in writing of the specific areas of deficiency along with a reasonable program for improvement.
Evaluator's Report. In the event that an evaluator determines on the basis of the evaluation criteria that the performance of an employee under his/her supervision is unsatisfactory, a conference shall be held with that employee within ten (10) days of the date of the formal evaluation and in no case later than January 20, and the evaluator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent on or before January 20. The report shall include the following:
a. The evaluation report prepared pursuant to the provisions of A above.
b. A recommended specific and reasonable program designed to assist the employee in improving his/her performance.
c. The employee shall have the opportunity to have an Association representative in attendance at the conference.
Evaluator's Report. In the event an evaluator determines that an employee under his/her supervision is unsatisfactory, the evaluator will submit a written report to the Superintendent on or before January 25th. The report will include the evaluation reports upon which the determination was made by the evaluator.
Evaluator's Report a. Following the Evaluative Conference, the Evaluator will complete a digital summary of performance to be shared with the Evaluee. It is distinctly understood that the signature of the Evaluee on said report attests only to the fact that both the Evaluee and the Evaluator have read the contents of said Evaluation Report. A comment section will be accessible to the Evaluee who has a disagreement or in in agreement with said Evaluation Summary Report.
x. Xx the event that it becomes apparent in the judgment of the Evaluator that a renewal of a particular teacher's contract is in question, such judgment shall be clearly stated in the Evaluator's report and the Evaluator shall further state what steps or procedures have been undertaken to assist the Teacher to remedy the deficiencies or delinquencies involved.
c. Nothing herein shall prevent the Evaluator from forwarding additional information concerning the work of the teacher as he may deem necessary to the Superintendent of Schools, provided that said Evaluator shall have first discussed the problems concerned with respect to said information with particular Teacher involved. Provided, however, that where such information shall constitute a complaint by an Evaluator against a Teacher, a copy hereof shall be first provided to the Teacher involved.
Evaluator's Report. In the event that an evaluator determines on the basis of the evaluation criteria that the performance of an employee (other than a provisional employee) is unsatisfactory, the evaluator shall inform the Superintendent in writing on or before January 8. The evaluator's report shall include the following: (1) Specific areas of performance deficiencies; (2) A specific and observable program designed to assist the employee in improving his/her performance; (3) A statement indicating the duration of the probationary period and that the purpose of the probationary period is to give the employee the opportunity to demonstrate improvement in the area or areas of deficiency.
Evaluator's Report. At any time after October 15 of any school year, but no later than February 1, a non-provisional employee whose performance is judged unsatisfactory based on district evaluation criteria shall be notified in writing of the specific areas of deficiency along with a reasonable program for improvement. If the Superintendent concurs with the supervisor’s judgment that the performance of the employee is unsatisfactory, a probationary period of sixty school days shall be established by the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall give written notice to the employee that includes the following information: • Specific areas of performance deficiencies • The duration of the probationary period • A reasonable program for improvement • The fact that the purpose of the probation is to provide the employee an opportunity to demonstrate improvement in the area(s) of deficiency The purpose of the probationary period is to give the employee the opportunity to demonstrate improvement in his or her area(s) of deficiency. During the probation, the employee may not be transferred from the supervision of the original evaluator. Improvement of performance must occur and be documented by the original evaluator before any consideration of a request for transfer or reassignment will be considered by either the employee or the district. During the probationary period, evaluator shall observe/evaluate the employee at least twice a month. The evaluator may authorize one additional certificated evaluator to observe the employee and to aid the employee in improving his or her areas of deficiency. The provisions of this Article referring to observation and evaluation procedures will apply, unless specifically identified otherwise, to the documentation of observation and evaluation reports during the probationary period. The employee may be removed from probation if he or she has demonstrated improvement to the satisfaction of the evaluator(s) in the areas specifically detailed in his or her program of improvement. Lack of needed improvement in the areas of deficiency during the probationary period, as specifically documented in writing with notification to the employee, shall constitute grounds for a determination of probable cause of non-renewal of the employee’s contract by the Superintendent. Evaluator's Report. For the purpose of probation, if an evaluator determines on the basis of the evaluation criteria that the performance of an employee, other than a provisional employee, under his/her supervision is unsatisfactory, the evaluator will report the same in writing to the Superintendent. The report will include the following:
A. The evaluation report prepared pursuant to the provisions of this CBA.
B. A recommended specific program designed to assist the employee in improving his/her performance.
C. Any written comments by the employee.
Evaluator's Report. In the event that an evaluator determines that the performance of a teacher under his/her supervision merits probation, the evaluator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent after October 15. Such report should be made with sufficient time for the Superintendent to review the recommendation and make a determination whether to place the employee on probation at least sixty (60) school days prior to May 15 (generally, by about January 20). The report should include the following:
1. The evaluation report, and,
2. A recommended specific and reasonable program designed to assist the teacher in improving his or her performance.
