Extra Details. All requests by private citizens, businesses and public entities, other than the Employer, to provide security for various functions must be approved by the Chief of Police, and then such extra details shall be first offered to members of the police officer and sergeant and lieutenant bargaining units. The Chief of Police or his designee shall post guidelines for these details and be responsible for arranging the scheduling and work requirements for these details with the outside employer. No later than April 1, 2017, the Employer will “post” Extra Detail information electronically as a method of notification and scheduling. An administrator of the outside employer may periodically change the schedule of the police officer if the manager signs a change in schedule form and a copy is forwarded to the office of the Chief of Police. Officers not complying with the posted extra detail guidelines may be subject to discipline as per the Barberton Police Rules and Regulations and the current OPBA bargaining agreement. (See Guidelines for Extra Details – Appendix D) A. Employees may determine two (2) rates for Extra Details as follows: a. Traffic rate b. Non-traffic rate B. Rates shall be agreed upon by the majority of collective members belonging to the OPBA Officers Unit and OPBA Supervisors Unit. C. Rates shall not be increased more than one (1) time per year. D. Per hour rates shall not exceed the average per hour rate required for Extra Details by other police departments within the area of the City of Barberton unless exceptional circumstances apply and is approved by the Chief of Police.

Extra Details. The employer agrees that when extra details are available, these extra details shall be offered to all full-time sworn officers who have completed their field training program and have requested to be considered for such assignments. Officers shall be considered for such assignments in accordance with past practice. The Village reserves the right to utilize part-time police or auxiliary officers for these extra details after such extra details have been posted for full time officers. Once the schedule for extra details is set, there should be no bumping of officers, either full-time, part-time or auxiliary. If a police officer is assigned to work such detail during his regular work schedule, such officer shall be paid his regularly hourly rate of pay. The parties agree that any police officer covered by this agreement who work these extra details outside of their regular work schedule will be paid at the applicable overtime rate. Scheduling extra-duty details is a management right covered in Section 2.1.
Extra Details. Section 1. All extra details shall be distributed as fairly and as equitably as possible. Details shall be offered on a rotation basis, and acceptance shall be voluntary. Detail availability lists shall be prepared weekly. The refusal of a detail by an employee which is offered (with at least 24 hours’ notice) shall be considered the same as a detail worked, and said employee's Section 2. A log of all details shall be maintained by the detail officer, and it shall be available to the Union xxxxxxx or Union officers on request. Section 3. Details shall be offered to members of the Belmont Police Department. Details shall not be offered to reserve or intermittent officers so long as permanent members of the Department are available. After currently employed members of the Belmont Police Department have been solicited for outside details, retired patrol officers of the Belmont Police Department shall be eligible to work outside details. In order to retain eligibility, retired patrol officers must retain certification for "First Responder" and "CPR". The Town may also require retired patrol officers to verify their physical capacity to perform details. Section 4. The compensation for extra details shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) of the maximum patrol officer's hourly rate, plus an additional three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour, subject to the provisions which follow: (a) There shall be a minimum of four (4) hours’ time for any extra detail.   • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Goods and Services 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. In any event the Supplier commits himself to achieve performance and results stipulated in the Contract. 4.3.2. The Goods and/or Services shall be delivered in a state of full completion with the complete “Documentation” (any operation and maintenance manuals, drawings, calculations, technical data, logic diagrams, progress reports, quality documentation, conformity certificates, test reports, bill of lading, certificates of origin, export control classification list number as per any applicable export regulation - such as the European Council Regulation 428/2009 (as amended) and/or the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), percentage of U.S. origin content, U.S. Export Control Classification Number (“ECCN”) or U.S. Munitions List category (“USML”) (if applicable) export authorizations and licenses, Harmonized Tariff Code - and any such other documents required under the Contract and/or applicable Laws) associated therewith as well as all instructions, recommendationsandother indicationsnecessaryin orderfor themtobeused correctly and under the appropriate safety conditions. If so required by the Purchaser, the Supplier shall submit any such Documentation to the Purchaserwith sufficient timeforreview andapproval by the Customer, in accordancewith the time-lines agreed between the Purchaser and the Customer. Where the Documentation provided by the Supplier is not compliant with Purchaser’s contractual requirements, the Supplier must make the necessary modifications, and indemnify the Purchaser for any costs, liabilities or penalties incurred by the Purchaser as a result of the non-compliance and/or delay. 4.3.3. Goods or Services that donotmeetall the requirements set in this Article 4.3 shall be considered as having a Non-Conformity as per Article 10 of these General Conditions and may be recorded as a non-conformity event (NCE) as defined in the Supplier Quality Manual. 4.3.4. If the Supplier is not certain that the results of the Services or Goods comply with the requirements defined in this Article 4.3, it shall inform immediately the Purchaser thereof in writing, providing all the needed indications concerning the risks of non- compliance and the measures that the Supplier intends to take in order to remedy the situation. The Purchaser shall notify its acceptance or rejection of the Supplier’s proposals as soon as possible and in writing. 4.3.5. If the Purchaser assesses on its part that the Supplier is not performing the Services and/or supplying the Goods in accordance with the Contract, itmay require the Supplier to indicate to it, in writing, the measures that the Supplier intends to take to remedy the situation. The Purchaser shall notify the Supplier in writing as soon as possible of its acceptance or rejection of the Supplier’s proposals.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized purchasers specified herein during the term of the Master Contract. If there are no Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Master Contract Sales Reporting. Quarterly Master Contract Sales Reports must be submitted electronically by the following deadlines for all sales invoiced during the applicable calendar quarter: March 31: April 30 June 30: July 31 September 30: October 31 December 31: January 31 Vendor Management Fee. Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.50 percent on the purchase price for all Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax). The sum owed by Contractor to Enterprise Services as a result of the VMF is calculated as follows: Amount owed to Enterprise Services = Total Master Contract sales invoiced (not including sales tax) x .0150. The VMF must be rolled into Contractor’s current pricing. The VMF must not be shown as a separate line item on any invoice unless specifically requested and approved by Enterprise Services. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Contractors are not to remit payment until they receive an invoice from Enterprise Services. Contractor’s VMF payment to Enterprise Services must reference this Master Contract number, work request number (if applicable), the year and quarter for which the VMF is being remitted, and the Contractor’s name as set forth in this Master Contract, if not already included on the face of the check. Failure to accurately report total net sales, to submit a timely usage report, or remit timely payment of the VMF, may be cause for Master Contract termination or the exercise of other remedies provided by law. Without limiting any other available remedies, the Parties agree that Contractor’s failure to remit to Enterprise Services timely payment of the VMF shall obligate Contractor to pay to Enterprise Services, to offset the administrative and transaction costs incurred by the State to identify, process, and collect such sums. The sum of $200.00 or twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding amount, whichever is greater, or the maximum allowed by law, if less. Enterprise Services reserves the right, upon thirty (30) days advance written notice, to increase, reduce, or eliminate the VMF for subsequent purchases, and reserves the right to renegotiate Master Contract pricing with Contractor when any subsequent adjustment of the VMF might justify a change in pricing. Annual Master Contract Sales Report. Upon request, Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by compatible with MS Excel. Small Business Inclusion. Upon Request by Enterprise Services, Contractor shall provide, within thirty (30) days, an Affidavit of Amounts Paid. Such Affidavit of Amounts Paid either shall state, if applicable, that Contractor still maintains its MWBE certification or state that its subcontractor(s) still maintain(s) its/their MWBE certification(s) and specify the amounts paid to each certified MWBE subcontractor under this Master Contract. Contractor shall maintain records supporting the Affidavit of Amounts Paid in accordance with this Master Contract’s records retention requirements.

  • VENDOR OMBUDSMAN Pursuant to section 215.422(7), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Financial Services has established a Vendor Ombudsman, whose duties and responsibilities are to act as an advocate for vendors who may have problems obtaining timely payments from state agencies.

  • Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the WTO to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form. 2. Neither Party shall introduce or maintain any export subsidy on any agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.
