FAVOURED NATIONS. 27:01 No agreement embodying any terms or conditions more favourable to any other Employer than the terms and conditions embodied in this Agreement shall be signed by the Union with any other Employer engaged in construction within the geographical jurisdiction of this Agreement. In the event that any more favourable terms or conditions are extended to any other Employer by the Union or included in any agreement signed by the Union with any other Employer and made operative during the life of this Agreement, then such more favourable terms and conditions shall immediately apply to this Agreement, and be in force and effect as an amendment to this Agreement as though included herein.

FAVOURED NATIONS. (a) Except by prior agreement with the CMPA, a District Council shall not enter into any agreement with any Producer at rates or terms which are as favourable or more favourable to such Producer, than those set forth in this Agreement and no District Council shall permit Members to be engaged at rates less than those provided for herein or upon terms which are as favourable or more favourable to such Producer than set forth in this Agreement.
FAVOURED NATIONS. The UNION shall not enter into any new agreements with any other commercial scene shop, with terms, conditions, and/or rates more favourable than those contained herein.
FAVOURED NATIONS. The CMPA shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to any variances granted by a District Council provided that the variance conforms with the structure of the Standard Agreement. FAVOURED NATIONS. (a) The Borrower undertakes to procure that the Finance Parties shall receive equal treatment with creditors under any other financing which any Obligor (other than the Parent Guarantor) or any other member of the Group has entered or will enter into in relation to any financial covenant on terms similar to those set out in this Clause 20 (Financial Covenants) which that Obligor or any other member of the Group provide.

To this end, the DGC and CMPA will each appoint their representatives to a Tiers Review Committee on or before October 15, 2010. The Committee will schedule, and if possible convene its first meeting before December 31, 2010. Upon completion of its review, the Committee will prepare a report with recommendations on or before June 30, 2011 so as to allow the parties a reasonable opportunity to assess the report prior to the next round of bargaining.
