Feasibility Assessment. During a period estimated to be [*] months after the Effective Date, SpectRx will use commercially reasonable efforts to prove the feasibility of the Skin Product. If SpectRx determines that further efforts to prove feasibility are not warranted, it may discontinue same and notify Welcx Xxxxx, xxt if SpectRx thereafter renews its efforts to prove feasibility at any time before the first to occur of: i) expiration of [*] after termination of this Agreement and any joint venture formed pursuant to Section 6.6 of this Agreement, or ii) expiration of [*] after the Effective Date of this Agreement, then Welcx Xxxxx xxxll have the option to participate in the development of the Skin Product as provided in this Section. If SpectRx determines that it has reasonably proved feasibility of the Skin Product it shall prepare and deliver a submission (the "Feasibility Assessment")

Feasibility Assessment. TBWB shall perform any of the following services as needed to assess the electoral feasibility of the Measure for Client: 1) Develop potential bond or parcel tax strategies to meet Client’s funding needs to be tested in polling; 2) Collaborate with Client’s pollster to design, conduct and analyze an opinion survey of voters in the District to assess the feasibility of a bond or parcel tax measure; 3) Conduct a demographic analysis of voters in the District and how they break into key sub-groups by age, ethnicity, political party, length of residency, parents and other key criteria; 4) Analyze past election results in the District and region to understand voter turnout trends and other relevant voting patterns; 5) Research other local tax proposals that may be heading to an upcoming ballot that could compete with Client’s Measure; and 6) Make specific recommendations regarding the optimal election date, election type (polling place or mail-in), bond amount, tax rate, tax structure and other important Measure features.
Feasibility Assessment. TBWBH/P&M shall perform any of the following services as needed to assess the electoral feasibility of the Revenue Measure for Client: 1) Develop potential Revenue Measure strategies to meet Client’s funding needs to be tested in polling; 2) Collaborate with True North Research to design, conduct and analyze an opinion survey of voters within Client’s jurisdiction to assess the electoral feasibility of a Revenue Measure; 3) Conduct a demographic analysis of voters within Client’s jurisdiction and how they break into key sub-groups by age, ethnicity, political party, length of residency, and other key criteria; 4) Analyze past election results in the jurisdiction and region to understand voter turnout trends and other relevant voting patterns; 5) Research other local tax proposals that may be heading to an upcoming ballot that could compete with Client’s Revenue Measure; and 6) Make a specific recommendation regarding type of revenue measure to pursue, optimal election date, tax rate and other important Revenue Measure features.
Feasibility Assessment. The Provider will perform a Feasibility Assessment in case the Client does not comply with its obligations, as outlined in clause 4.1. iii. a) Consultancy on technical and business feasibility: analysis of the proposed technology in terms of innovation level and impact of each potential use case (if multiple options are available). Analysis of the stage of development of the technology in the different selected fields/use cases, including review of the available preliminary data obtained from experiments; reading of technical reports and scientific literature authored by the team members and/or other relevant parties. The Provider will identify one application as the most convincing for an SBIR/STTR application. b) Consultancy on the product development plan: ● One hour consultancy call to identify the most challenging project activities for the selected Phase I and to direct the focus of the research strategy towards clear milestones; ● One hour consultancy call to guide the client in drafting the approach to conduct the research and achieve the set objectives, according to the expectations of the SBIR/STTR program of the chosen Agency; ● Review of the plan and recommendations for improvement. c) Consultancy on operational capacity: Identification of necessary profiles needed to accomplish the project objectives, including: ● Internal: Analysis of the team composition and identification of the competence gaps (if any). In case there is a missing skill in the team, the most suitable profile will be described; ● External: Analysis of the profiles of potential partners necessary to onboard to accomplish the project will be delivered to the client. Feasibility Assessment. In the First Stage of the Novel Formulation Development Activities: (a) PARI shall conduct a feasibility assessment which shall include preliminary experimentation, testing, research, analysis and reporting related to the development of a Novel Formulation to meet the Novel Formulation Specifications, in accordance with the Novel Formulation Development Plan and in full compliance with the applicable Quality Standards; and (b) ABARIS, at its option and expense, may have a preliminary patentability study conducted by a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office which includes an opinion on the likelihood that the Novel Formulation proposed by PARI is patentable (“Feasibility Assessment”). For clarity, ABARIS shall pay the fees external attorney services in connection with Section 3.2(b), and such fees shall not be applied to the Approved Budget. PARI shall complete the portion of the Feasibility Assessment set forth in Section 3.2(a) above within [*] after ABARIS’ written notice under Section 3.1 to begin the Novel Formulation Development Activities.
Feasibility Assessment. In view of the commercial manufacturing services to be potentially supplied by Patheon on behalf of the Customer, an assessment of the feasibility of the manufacturing process of the Product, with respect to the fixtures and fittings incorporated into the Facility, is needed. Feasibility Assessment. Shurepower, LLC, now doing business as Shorepower Technologies, was tasked in September 2004 by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to perform a feasibility analysis of eTRU technology1. Feasibility Assessment. TBWB shall perform any of the following services as needed to assess the electoral feasibility of the Measure for Client: 1) Develop potential Measure scenarios to meet the Client’s facility funding needs to be tested in polling; 2) TBWB shall supervise creation of new scientific survey of registered voters by the Pollster of Client’s choosing, including recommending draft language for questions and taking an active role in questionnaire development, targeting and related matters; 3) Collaborate with a Pollster to design, conduct and analyze an opinion survey of voters in the District to assess the electoral feasibility of the Measure; 4) TBWB shall ensure that Pollster’s survey is created and conducted in a timely manner; 5) Analyze voters in the District and how they break into key sub- groups by age, ethnicity, political party, length of residency, parents and other key criteria; 6) Analyze past election results in the District and region to understand voter turnout trends and other relevant voting patterns; 7) Research other local tax proposals that may be heading to an upcoming ballot that could compete with Client’s Measure; 8) Work with Pollster to make specific recommendations regarding an optimal election date, bond amount, tax rate and other important ballot measure features; and 9) Client shall own all polling data from the scientific survey of registered voters;
