Feedback and Reviews. 9.1 All Clients are able to complete feedback evaluations on Professionals from whom they received Professional advice. Clients must ensure that any feedback posted by them conforms to the rules regarding Content in the section entitled “Use of the Website and Content” above. Medics' Money is not responsible for the content of feedback posted by Clients, or any harm done by such content.
9.2 Medics' Money shall take reasonable measures to verify that the feedback is genuine, and may at its sole discretion remove Client feedback whose authenticity is in doubt. Medics' Money does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by false or bogus feedback, or its failure or refusal to remove it.
9.3 Where a Client, Professional or other User believes feedback may be fraudulent, defamatory or abusive, they should immediately contact Medics' Money through the Contact page.

Feedback and Reviews. 10.1. After you have received Tutoring Services obtained through the Learnmate Platform, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback about your Tutor.
10.2. Any content that you submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available to Learnmate through the Learnmate Platform, including commentary and feedback related to the Learnmate Services, will remain your property. However, you acknowledge and agree that by providing such content, you grant Learnmate a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, licence for no fee, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Learnmate Services and Learnmate’s business and on third- party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
10.3. You agree to not provide feedback or reviews that are defamatory, libellous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by Learnmate in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. Learnmate may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove content submitted by Users, at Learnmate’s sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.
10.4. Learnmate is entitled to suspend or terminate your account at any time if Learnmate, in its sole and absolute discretion, is concerned by any feedback about you, or considers your feedback rating to be problematic for other Users.

By submitting Feedback to HindRE (whether submitted directly to HindRE or posted on any HindRE hosted forum or page), you waive any and all rights in the Feedback and that HindRE is free to implement and use the Feedback if desired, as provided by you or as modified by XxxxXX, without obtaining permission or license from you or from any Agent. Any reviews of an Agent that you submit to HindRE must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to Agents or objectionable. HindRE reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit Feedback of Agent’s Services, but does not regularly inspect posted Feedback.

You acknowledge and agree that some Users may be subject to feedback, reviews and ratings given by other Users, and that that feedback, reviews and ratings may be displayed and be visible by other Users on the OpenSolar Site. You acknowledge that such feedback and reviews belong solely to us, notwithstanding that we permit you to use it on the OpenSolar Site while you remain a User. You may not do (or omit to do) anything that may undermine the integrity of the OpenSolar feedback system. We are entitled to suspend or terminate your Account or remove any User feedback or reviews at any time if we, in our sole and absolute discretion, are concerned by any feedback about you, or your feedback rating or where we believe our feedback system may be subverted. Our feedback ratings belong to us and may not be used for any purpose other than facilitating the provision of User Services via the OpenSolar Site. You may not use your User feedback (including, but not limited to, marketing or exporting your any or all of your composite rating(s) or feedback comments) in any real or virtual venue other than a website operated by OpenSolar or its related entities, without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content that you choose to submit for publication on the Website, including any feedback, ratings, or reviews (“Critical Content”) relating to Practitioners or other healthcare professionals. The role of Arkaa in publishing Critical Content is restricted to that of an ‘intermediary’ under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Arkaa disclaims all responsibility with respect to the content of Critical Content, and its role with respect to such content is restricted to its obligations as an ‘intermediary’ under the said Act. Arkaa shall not be liable to pay any consideration to any User for re-publishing any content across any of its platforms. Your publication of reviews and feedback on the Website is governed by Clause 9 of these Terms. Without prejudice to the detailed terms stated in Clause 9, you hereby agree not to post or publish any content on the Website that (a) infringes any third-party intellectual property or publicity or privacy rights, or (b) violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the IG Rules and SPI Rules. Arkaa, at its sole discretion, may choose not to publish your reviews and feedback, if so required by applicable law, and in accordance with Clause 10 of these Terms. You agree that Arkaa may contact you through telephone, email, SMS, or any other electronic means of communication for the purpose of:
i. Obtaining feedback in relation to website/mobile application or Arkaa’s services; and/or
ii. Obtaining feedback in relation to any Practitioners/Doctors/Pharmacists/Lab technicians listed on the Website; and/or
iii. Resolving any complaints, information, or queries by Practitioners/Doctors/Pharmacists/Lab technicians regarding your Critical Content; and you agree to provide your fullest co-operation further to such communication by Arkaa.
