Fieldwork Survey. 3.4.2.1. Cultural resources are defined as any building, site, district, structure, object, data, or other material possibly important in history, architecture, science, archaeology, or human culture. All historic properties, as defined by 36 CFR 800.2(e) and 36 CFR 60.4 are included. 3.4.2.2. During any survey performed under this contract, the Contractor shall locate and identify known cultural resources sites and any previously undiscovered cultural resources. The survey shall identify cultural resources within the area defined, present a preliminary evaluation of their significance, and assess both primary and secondary impacts to these resources. All sites identified, including those previously recorded, shall receive a preliminary assessment. Eligibility of sites for the National Register (NR) of Historic Places shall be determined whenever possible within the PWS for the individual Task Order. If sites are clearly ineligible for the NR, the Contractor shall so state and present reasons why this recommendation was made. 3.4.2.3. Archaeological survey shall consist of intensive, on-the-ground pedestrian coverage conducted by crews of two or more archaeologists or relevant professionals. The area to be surveyed and the intensity of the survey shall be specified in the individual Task Orders. Detailed notes shall be kept by the survey crews indicating specific areas covered each day, descriptions of survey area soils, topography, geology, vegetative cover; the number, spacing, location, and depth of any shovel and auger test holes, and findings. In addition, a detailed daily journal of all project activities shall be kept by the Field Supervisor. These daily journals shall be considered property of the U.S. Government and be fully available to the government for inspection. All notes, site forms, and journals must be legible and intelligible to future researchers. A maximum of two scale sizes shall be consistently used in depicting sites on field maps. Although pencils may be used temporarily, all field records (including maps) shall be made with insoluble black ink. 3.4.2.4. A complete photographic record shall be kept and used to record identified cultural remains and architecture, the general topography and situation and condition of the area at the time of survey, and the field techniques and methodology employed by the contractor.   • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • School Improvement 1. The Board and the Association agree that employee participation in decision making is effective in providing positive results for education. 2. The provisions contained in this section shall apply to all school improvement plans, programs or processes set forth by school improvement committees established in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx School District as a result of Section 1277 of the Revised School Code. 3. It is understood that participation on school improvement committees is voluntary. Further, employees who participate, or are non-participants, in such activities shall not be negatively evaluated for any conduct relative to such committees. 4. In the event that any provision(s) of a school improvement plan, program or process or application thereof violates, contradicts, or is inconsistent with this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall prevail.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Approved Working Drawings The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.
