File transfer costs, if any, are Customer’s responsibility.

File Delivery. (a) Sellers shall deliver all Files to Purchaser or its designee no later than the Closing Date. Each File shall include the following documents: With respect of all the Loans:
(i) Note endorsed by the applicable Seller in blank without recourse.
(ii) Any other instruments (including intervening assignments) as reasonably requested by Purchaser as necessary to record, release, or otherwise demonstrate Purchaser’s ownership of the Mortgage or Security Agreement, including where applicable a separate assignment of rents.
(iii) A list of all Loans on which creditor-placed property insurance covering the Mortgaged Property or other Collateral has been cancelled and, as to all other Loans, evidence (which would include Sellers’ records) of adequate hazard insurance coverage in force for at least the next sixty (60) days with respect to the Mortgaged Property or other Collateral, and of any other required insurance coverages.
(iv) Original loan application signed by Obligor to the extent the same exists and is required by Sellers’ underwriting policies, and all credit and other information related to the Mortgaged Property or other Collateral, including credit bureau reports, which Sellers may possess concerning any Obligor.
(v) The originals or certified true copies of all assumption, modification, consolidation or extension agreements, with evidence of recording thereon.
(vi) Verification of employment and income, if applicable.
(vii) Federal Truth-in-Lending Disclosure Statement(s), including any Notices of Right to Cancel, if required, Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABA) Disclosure and the ABA’s fee list, if any, and such other state or federally required notices or rescission forms.
(viii) Obligor identification form provided to the applicable Seller, where permitted by law and for Mortgage Loans, Mortgagor identification form or notarized signature of Mortgagor provided to the applicable Seller.
(ix) All documents evidencing Sellers’ security instruments and the liens created thereunder with respect to the Loans.
(x) All filing receipts evidencing the recordation or filing in governmental filing or recording offices of financing statements and other filing instruments with respect to all Loans secured by titled vehicles, including without limitation, motor vehicles, trailers, manufactured housing, watercraft or real estate, as well as all other receipts as are contained in the Files of the Loans.

For Stock logo packages I will email you your files. Ownership: I give you the right to use your new design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let me display your new Design and your full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes on my websites and in any printed ads. Originality: I affirm that my Designs are original and that I own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
File Delivery. After the final layout design is approved I agree to deliver the business card layout design to you as a digital .pdf by email. I give you the right to use your business card layout design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let me display your new card image and your full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes on my websites and in any printed ads. In return for the above-described layout design I agree to pay the total fee payable in two payments... a layout fee deposit of $20.00 before any work begins and the remaining payment when final layout design is approved but before it is delivered.
