FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. 2.1 For the term of this Agreement, Resident/Fellow will receive a base salary of $Salary annually. 2.2 If approval is given for the provision of additional services within the Program and/or for the provision of moonlighting services outside of the Program on behalf of B—UMG or any B—UMG affiliate, Resident/Fellow will receive bonus compensation from B—UMG for such moonlighting services.
2.3 In the event of a reduction, limitation, or termination of the GME Program, B— UMG and UACOM will assist Resident/Fellow in securing a position in another ACGME approved program to complete training.

(a) Nalcor Initial LTAMPs - By September 30, 2014, Nalcor shall prepare and submit to Emera a preliminary Long-Term Asset Management Plan (“Initial LTAMP”) for each of the Muskrat Falls Plant and the NL Transmission Assets, together with corresponding Initial LTAMP Cost Estimates. Within 15 days after receipt of Nalcor’s Initial LTAMPs and Initial LTAMP Cost Estimates, Emera shall review them and provide any comments in writing to Nalcor. After receipt of Emera’s comments, if any, Nalcor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, make modifications to its Initial LTAMPs and Initial LTAMP Cost Estimates and shall provide final versions to Emera by October 31, 2014.

FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. As the Projects are cooperative in nature, using mutually available facilities, no financial transactions are involved between the Parties herein.
FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. (a) lf the Applicant is an individual(s) the Grant shall be paid direct to a designated bank account established to receive the Grant for the purposes of the Meeting and the Grant will be paid in full on receipt by the Charity of a signed copy of this Agreement;
(b) lf the Applicant is an organisation the Grant will be paid to the organisation (subject to agreement by the Charity) as directed by the Applicant organisation to a bank account connected to the organisers of the Meeting - in full on receipt by the Charity of a signed copy of this Agreement;
4.2 Ali correspondence relating to this Grant shall be marked for the attention of the Charity Administrator.

FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. 1. Financing and other arrangements shall be jointly decided, case by case, taking into account the different levels of development between the Parties, effective use of financing and national policy objectives.
2. Cooperation and capacity building under Chapter 9 of the Agreement and this Memorandum of Understanding may be financed by various sources, notably bilateral, multilateral, as well as from the EFTA Secretariat or the private sector of the Parties, as appropriate.
FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. The consideration payable to IITB for individual Project cost and the schedule of payment would be as mutually agreed upon for each Project. Any other Project related payment will be as per mutual agreement. Financial arrangements related to Intellectual Property Rights sharing will be as spelt in clause 11.
FINANCIAL AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. 10.1 Students will pay the deposit, reservation and balance fees for the applicable program to the Host Institution according to the due dates. Students will be made aware of all other expenses that they are responsible for that are not included in the cost of the program.
10.2 For the purpose of this program 24 ECTS credits will be considered equivalent to 12 semester hours of transfer credit to SFASU. Six (6) BHMS credits = 1.5 US Credits (3 ECTS). Credit conversions for credit transferred from SFASU to BHMS will be added to this Agreement in a written Amendment should the parties begin a mutual exchange of students in the future.
10.3 The Host Institution will not impose any tuition or enrollment/application fees in respect of incoming students.
10.4 BHMS program fees cover books, as well as living expenses during the course of study at BHMS. BHMS program fees do not cover the cost of accommodation during the internship portion of the BHMS exchange program. SFASU tuition and fees do not cover books and living expenses at any point during study at SFASU; these must be covered by the student.
10.5 The student will be responsible for necessary travel and health insurance and medical costs, and visa/immigration formalities. Likewise, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all immunization requirements for the Host Institution are met. The study abroad students shall provide emergency contact information to both institutions. In the event that an exchange participant is involved in a serious accident, or other circumstance of grave nature, the Host Institution will immediately notify the Home institution.
10.6 Students will be responsible for tuition and fees to the Host Institution for the academic credits earned. Special fees, including but not limited to application fees, lab or studio fees, differential tuition associated with special curriculum, activity fees, health fees, insurance fees, etc. shall be paid directly by the student to the host institution. The Host institution will provide Home Institution and the student with a breakdown of all such fees 45 days prior to the start of the academic year.
10.7 The study abroad student shall be responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Host Institution.
10.8 Study Abroad students will be subject to the academic rules and discipline of the Host Institution.
