Fire, Safety and Health. The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, city and state ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety and health. All exhibit equipment and materials must be located within the assigned space. NO combustible material is to be stored in or around exhibit. Food items such as fruit, breakfast bars, all wrapped individually, may be distributed at the booth.

All packing containers, wrapping materials, etc., shall be removed from the floor and may not be stored in the exhibit area.

All parts of all displays must be made of flameproof materials, and must meet the specifications of local fire authorities. All electrical signs and equipment must be wired to meet the specifications of local fire authorities.
