Full License. The single license permits either a single user to RUN the SOFTWARE on multiple computers or multiple users to RUN the SOFTWARE on a single computer. However, it does not allow multiple users to ever RUN the SOFTWARE on multiple computers, regardless of whether such use is concurrent. If you sell or otherwise give away your hardware that has the SOFTWARE installed, all SOFTWARE installed on such hardware must be deleted before giving it away to a third party.
Full License. This license is purchased for a number of SharePoint Servers and allows using the product in the organization’s environment without limitation by usage time and any limitation of available activities.

In the event you purchase the iWDS additionally, you may transfer the USERS registered on the iWDS already purchased by you to the additional iWDS, and register such USERS on such additional iWDS. In such a case, such USERS may not use the iWDS formerly registered.
Full License. Canon grants you a personal non-exclusive license to store, load and install the SOFTWARE on one (1) computer for internal business use. You are required to register the USERS on the iW Document Server before such USERS use the SOFTWARE. In the event that you purchase a further CLIENT ACCESS LICENSE, you are also required to register the additional USERS on the SOFTWARE.
Full License. Files can be encrypted and decrypted, and in addition, you can generate new keys yourself.

For a standalone Software application, you may install, use, access, display and run only the number of copies of the Software to which you are entitled. You may make one copy of the Software in machine readable form for backup purposes only, provided that the backup copy must include all copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary notices contained on the original. In the absence of a support contract, you are entitled, for a period of ninety (90) days from when the instance of Software is first shipped by GJ or downloaded by End-User Customer, to obtain, if available, updates, from GJ and operational technical support, not including implementation, integration or deployment support (“Entitlement Period”). You may not obtain updates from GJ after the Entitlement Period, unless covered by a GJ support contract (SLA) or other written agreement with GJ.

Certain items of the Software may be subject to open source licenses. The open source license provisions may override some of the terms of this XXXX. Zebra makes the applicable open source licenses available to you on a Legal Notices readme file available on your device and/or in System Reference guides or in Command Line Interface (CLI) Reference guides associated with certain Zebra products.
Full License. The Full License allows You to use the full Product functionality. This License also entitles you to all major and minor upgrades released during the Term of the license, and to prompt support on e-mail queries. The software is not purchased, but rather leased for the subscription period. After that time, the software will no longer function, unless the user renews the license subscription. ANSED Exhaust Gas Diagnostics software is fully owned by ANSED Software LLC.
Full License. This Software is licensed, not sold. During Trial Period, You have the option of paying a license fee in order to use the Software after expiration of the Trial Period. Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX and payment of the license fee to VIZCODE, VIZCODE provides you with a permanent activation code ("License key") and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the following additional terms and conditions:
(a) You may install and use the Software on a single computer.
(b) If the single computer on which You have installed and are using the Software on is a multi-user system, then this XXXX covers all users on that single system. To clarify; any number of different users within Your organization are allowed to use the Software on a computer which have a valid License for the Software.
(c) Your use rights do not automatically extend to Upgrades, for which You will be required to purchase a separate license (See Section 4.1 Updates and Upgrades).
(d) The License is bound to the computer You install and Activate the Software on. Although the License is perpetual (no time-limitation) with respect to the version of the Software that You install and the computer that You install it on, the License cannot be transferred to another computer. For every other computer You wish to use the Software on, You will need to purchase a separate License.
(e) You may make copies of the Software and/or the License Key for backup and archival purposes.
