FULL-TIME COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. Without prejudice to the interpretation and application of this article, the Authority agrees to the following, for the term of the renewal collective agreement which expires on March 31, 2008: “Effective beginning with the 2004 tax year, the Authority agrees to pay to each employee a lump sum equivalent of the Ontario Health Premium tax levied in accordance with the Provincial Income Tax Act, as amended by Bill 106, based upon the income the employee earned from the Authority as reported on the employee’s T4 form. The lump sum payment will be made as soon as reasonably possible after the T4 forms have been issued.” This Letter of Agreement shall form part of the collective agreement and be fully enforceable through the Grievance and Arbitration procedure.

  • DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31:01 This Collective Agreement shall remain in force until April 30, 2007 and shall remain in force from year to year thereafter unless either party to this Collective Agreement gives notice in writing to the other party within a period which shall not be more than 120 days or less than 90 days prior to the expiration of each term, of its intention to terminate this Collective Agreement or seek amendments to same.
