Fund Transfer Services. ‌ The following provisions apply to funds transfers you send or receive through the Bank, but do not apply to electronic funds transfers governed by Regulation E of the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, known as Wire Transfers. If you have a specific agreement with the Bank for these services, these provisions supplement that agreement to the extent these provisions are not consistent with the specific agreement. The Uniform Commercial Code includes provisions relating to funds transfers. These provisions define the following terms: funds transfer, payment order and beneficiary. These terms are used here as they are defined in Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code - Funds Transfers as adopted by the state whose law applies to accounts for which the funds transfer service is provided. In general, a funds transfer is the process of carrying out payment orders that lead to paying a beneficiary. The payment order is the set of instructions given to the Bank to transfer funds. The beneficiary is the person or business who receives the payment. We may charge fees for sending or receiving a funds transfer. We may deduct our fees from your account or from the amount of the transfer. For current fees, please refer to our Schedule of Fees herein. Xxxxxxx Fedwire is the electronic funds transfer system of the US Federal Reserve Banks. When you send a payment order or receive a funds transfer, we or other banks involved in the funds transfer may use Fedwire. If any part of a funds transfer is carried out by Fedwire, your rights and obligations are governed by Regulation J of the Federal Reserve Board. Cutoff Times We have cutoff times for processing payment orders. Cutoff times vary depending on the type of payment order. If the Bank receives your domestic payment order after 1:00 pm (PT), or international payment order after 12:00 pm (PT), or on Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, it may be processed on the next funds-transfer business day. Amending or Canceling Wire Transfers You may only amend or cancel a payment order prior to the funds transfer being sent by the Bank. If you ask the Bank do this, we may make a reasonable effort to act on your request. But we are not liable to you if, for any reason, a payment order is not amended or cancelled. You agree to reimburse the Bank for any costs, losses or damages that we incur in connection with your request to amend or cancel a payment order. Fund Transfer Services. 11.1 Transactions involving transfer of funds between the Account(s) and other account(s) of the Customer and/or third parties held within the Bank and/or with other banks can only be accepted if the necessary arrangements have been established by the Bank. Such fund transfer transactions shall whenever practicable be processed on the same day or otherwise on the next Business Day at the discretion of the Bank. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that correct Instructions (including transferee details) are given and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such fund transfer services.
Fund Transfer Services. Pursuant to the 2015 Financial Services Agreement, COFCO Finance shall provide fund transfer services to the Group in accordance with the instructions given by the Group.
Fund Transfer Services. As each of the applicable percentage ratios in respect of the annual cap of the handling fees in connection with the fund transfer services is less than 0.1%, the fund transfer services are exempted from the announcement, annual review and the independent shareholdersapproval requirements under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules. The Directors (including the independent non-executive Directors) believe that the Financial Services Agreement was entered into on normal commercial terms which are fair and reasonable and in the interests of the shareholders of the Company as a whole, and that the daily cap for the depository services and annual cap for the handling fees mentioned above are fair and reasonable. None of the Directors has a material interest in the transactions contemplated under the Financial Services Agreement. However, for good corporate governance, all executive Directors and non-executive Directors who are related to COFCO had abstained from voting for approving the Financial Services Agreement, and only the independent non-executive Directors participated in the voting process for approving the Financial Services Agreement.
Fund Transfer Services. Pursuant to the Financial Services Agreement, COFCO Finance shall provide fund transfer services to the Group in accordance with the instructions given by the Group. The Group will not maintain any deposit balance with the accounts in COFCO Finance at the end of each business day, and all such deposit balance of the members of the Group will be deposited into the accounts opened by the Group with one or more PRC commercial banks on a daily basis. Pursuant to the Financial Services Agreement, COFCO Finance will charge handling fees for the fund transfer services. The terms for such handling fees will be equal to or more favourable than those offered by other PRC financial institutions to the Group for similar type of services. Non-exclusive services Pursuant to the Financial Services Agreement, the Group may obtain financial services from other financial institutions in addition to those provided by COFCO Finance pursuant to the Financial Services Agreement.

Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered. This means sufficient information will be provided for you to make an informed decision about any product purchased online and you should therefore ensure that any policy provides the cover you require and is suitable for your needs. For Motor Vehicle insurance we require customers to pay an additional charge for our claims service – Coversure Claimsline (details are provided in a separate document). This is a “one-stop” service that enables us to assist you with any claim you may incur. The cost of the Coversure Claimsline services will be included in the price quoted to you for the Motor Vehicle insurance and shown separately in your documentation. By purchasing motor insurance from us, you authorise Coversure and its agents to take all necessary actions to handle your claim including dealing with your insurers, third parties and their insurers and other service suppliers on your behalf. For all other policies, including optional additional products and premium finance (if relevant), before the insurance contract is concluded and after we have assessed your demands & needs, we will provide you with advice and make a personal recommendation. This will include sufficient information to enable you to make an informed decision about the policy that we have recommended, together with a quotation which will itemise any fees that are payable in addition to the premium. This documentation will also include a statement of your demands and needs. You should read this carefully as it will explain reasons for making the recommendation we have made.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.
