General Areas of Cooperation. Collaboration will include, but not be limited to, academic and cultural exchanges, which shall include program offerings, exchange of educational materials, research reports, reprints and other publications, faculty and staff development, joint research and development projects, student exchanges, joint programs, transfer of technology, and other scholarly pursuits. The collaboration shall be conducted so as to maximize reciprocity and minimize the cost of participation.
General Areas of Cooperation. Cooperation shall be carried out, subject to the approval of NTPU and OOO, through such activities or programs related, but not limited to: Development of joint academic degree programs Exchange of students Exchange of faculty Joint research activities Participation in seminars and conferences Exchange of academic materials and other information Summer program Development of double diploma programmes
General Areas of Cooperation a. Collaborate mutually and equally to plan and facilitate joint or conjoined meetings and related activities of mutual interest, from time to time, to advance sound Internet network operations and development of informed Internet number resource policy.
b. Maintain an open communication channel for the development of mutually beneficial meetings, respecting the cultures of both Parties. Cross promote each Parties’ meetings to the benefit of educating the shared community.
c. Promote Internet engineering educational efforts, including scholarships, fellowships, and other opportunities as may be mutually agreed.
General Areas of Cooperation. 3.1 Subject to the availability of funds and the written approval of the interested parties of both institutions, the institutions shall endeavor to develop plans which would include the following areas of cooperation.
3.1.1 Exchange of faculty members for agreed upon periods of time.
3.1.2 Organization of possible joint activities, including the exchange of scientist and technical staff members.
3.1.3 Organization of joint conferences or symposia.
3.1.4 Exchange of students.
3.2 Neither UMN nor shall discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, disability, public assistance status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in the performance of this MOU.
General Areas of Cooperation. Subject to availability of funds both institutions agree to, and shall endeavour to develop the following areas of cooperation: The exchange of (academic and/or non-academic) members of staff for a short, medium, or long period of time, which will guarantee and further scientific and scholarly cooperation; the organisation of joint research activities, which may be supported by the exchange of scientists, scholars, and other staff members; the organisation of joint meetings of researchers, graduate and PhD students from both institutions in the framework of these joint research activities; the organisation of joint conferences, seminars, symposia, summer courses, etc.; the exchange of publications for scientific, scholarly, teaching and information purposes, in order to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions; the exchange of information about congresses, colloquia, conferences and seminars held at either university. All activities according to this Memorandum shall be implemented on the basis of annual work programmes. Each Annual Work Programme shall be negotiated and agreed upon mutually prior to the initiation of the particular activities. The annual work programme shall cover all details, including financial provisions, for the development of each collaborative activity. Both institutions agree that the Annual Work Program shall be approved and formalized through mere exchange of correspondence. Both institutions nominate a coordinator to develop and coordinate the implementation of the Annual Work Programmes and other specific activities as follows: for (the Faculty/Department of… of)3 the University of Münster: N.N. for (the Faculty/Department of… of) the University of … : N.N. The annual exchange quota for members of staff is fixed at a total of … days/months per year. Each institution will provide appropriate counselling and other assistance to the exchange staff. Upon completion of their exchange period at the host university, exchange staff return to the home institution. Any extension of stay must be approved by both institutions. Members of staff taking part in the exchange shall remain employees of their home institutions. Staff members taking part in the exchange are responsible individually to care for a visa and health insurance valid for the country of destination.

General Areas of Cooperation. With the intention o f implementing the goals o f this Memorandum, the Parties have generally agreed to co-operate with each other in the following areas:
2.1. Academic exchanges of teachers, graduate and undergraduate students for the purposes o f education, long-term and short-term internship, educational- scientific practices and training, professional (educational research and pedagogical) practices;
2.2. Invitation o f the representatives o f the Parties to read lectures, exchange of experience and information in the educational, methodological work and exchange o f educational projects and programs;
2.3. Organization o f scientific and scientific-technical joint research, conferences, seminars, symposia, round tables, days, which arc devoted to the Parties and other similar scientific actions and initiatives in the field o f education and science.
2.4. Preparation o f joint applications for scholarships through educational programs that exist in the Parties;
2.5. Informing the Parties about upcoming international fairs and exhibitions in the field o f education, organized by the Parties;
2.6. Visa support;
2.7. The terms of the activities defined in this part will be determined by separate agreements between the Parties.
General Areas of Cooperation. Cooperation will translate in the activation of the following activities or programs, subject to availability of funds and the approval of the UNIVERSITY OF NAPLES and of the Divine Word University:
1. Joint educational, cultural, and research activities;
2. Exchange of faculty members for lectures, seminars and research
3. Exchange of advanced graduate students for collaborative or independent research;*
4. Participation in seminars and other academic meetings;
5. Exchange of academic materials, publications, and other information;
6. Special short-term academic programs;
7. Short-term academic and training programs;
8. Exploration of ways of providing financial support for this cooperation and applying for funds. The terms of such cooperation and the necessary budget for each program and activity that is implemented under the terms of this agreement shall be mutually discussed and agreed upon +in writing by both parties prior to the initiation of the particular program or activity, and such program and activity shall be negotiated on an annual basis.
General Areas of Cooperation. Within the mutually designated fields, both institutions agree to, and shall endeavor, in so far as their financial means allow, the following general forms of cooperation between the institutions:
3.1 The exchange of faculty, research scientists, and institutional managers for short periods, which will generate and encourage continued scientific and scholarly cooperation between the two institutions.
3.2 The organization of joint research activities, which may be supported by the exchange of scientist, scholars and technical staff members.
3.3 The education of graduate students from the PARTNER INSTITUTION seeking advanced degrees from NDSU (see Article 5).
3.4 The organization of joint conferences, seminars, symposia, summer courses, other short courses, etc.
3.5 The exchange of publications and other scientific materials for scientific scholarly, educational and informational purposes, in order to strengthen the friendly relationships between both institutions.
General Areas of Cooperation. TETFUND, UEF, SAVONIA, LAUREA, LUT, and KUOPIO, each for its part, agree that subject to the availability of resources and the approval of all Parties the following cooperative ventures will be considered:
3.1. Collaborative research—joint calls for research proposals and collaborative grant sourcing.
3.1.1. Seek opportunities to conduct scientific research, development, innovation, and enterprise in the selected activity sectors of the economy as enlisted in subsection 3.3.2 below.
