General Scope of Project. The Department anticipates that the projects assigned through Task Orders pursuant this Agreement will be small construction projects and may include building repairs, upgrades, and tenant-fit out improvements including, but not limited to, patching and plumbing, carpentry, masonry, window replacement, fire alarm repairs, electrical and other miscellaneous repairs as may be necessary, as well as small park/playground renovations, at various DCPS and DPR sites. Such work shall be performed on an as directed/as needed basis.
General Scope of Project. The Department anticipates that the projects assigned through Task Orders pursuant to this Agreement will be small, medium and large-sized HVAC-related projects, including but not limited to chiller replacements, replacement of domestic water heaters, installation of new air conditioning units, conversion of heating plants from low pressure steam to hot water, replacement of pumps and boilers, removal of underground fuel oil storage tanks, the retrofit of new filters into air handling units and associated HVAC plumbing, electrical and controls work. Such work shall be performed on an as directed/as needed basis and must be completed by the Substantial Completion Date specified in each competitively bid Task Order.
General Scope of Project. (a) It is understood and agreed by and between the parties that Redeveloper has the right to develop the Property consistent with the terms of Applicable Laws, Governmental Approvals, the Redevelopment Plan, and this Agreement.
(b) The Project shall consist of the construction of an approximately 510,000 sf, 12-story Cancer Pavilion to serve as a comprehensive care center that will include outpatient care, inpatient care and research facilities, as further described in the concept plan (or any subsequent amendments thereto) attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Concept Plan”). Minor deviations from the Concept Plan shall be acceptable if approved by the Planning Board, provided such deviations do not substantially conflict with the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan. Notwithstanding approval by the Planning Board, Redeveloper shall submit any substantial deviation from the Concept Plan to the Authority for review prior to the issuance of construction permits. Prior to the commencement of construction of any improvements on the Property, Redeveloper shall submit final plans and specifications to the Authority to ensure substantial compliance with the Concept Plan.
General Scope of Project. The Department anticipates that the projects assigned through Task Order Agreements pursuant to this Agreement will be on-call construction, repair and replacement services for various District of Columbia owned properties within the DGS construction portfolio and maintenance facility locations (“Project Locations”). Such work may include, but is not limited to: electrical, mechanical and plumbing services; concrete and masonry services; painting services; fire, life safety, health and food code updates; and other miscellaneous work as may be necessary and shall be performed on an as directed/as needed basis and must be completed by the substantial completion dates specified in each competitively bid Task Order Agreement. These services will generally include a range of general construction and facility maintenance projects for such Project Locations (which include schools; parks and recreation facilities; municipal buildings; fire and police stations; short-term family housing; tenant fit-out type work; small park/playground work; pools; and any other public locations)Such work shall be performed on an as directed/as needed basis and must be completed by the Substantial Completion Date (“SCD”) specified in each competitively awarded Task Order Agreement.
General Scope of Project. 1.1. Vendor shall complete a strategic plan for the development of a comprehensive behavioral health system of care within Lee County. The Vendor shall develop a comprehensive strategic plan with actionable implementation steps for an integrated system approach, ensuring all Lee County residents have access to resiliency-promoting and recovery-oriented behavioral health services.
1.2. The Vendor shall assess the current system’s capacity to effectively serve individuals at the appropriate level of care across prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery services and identify all gaps in service. When performing system assessment, the Vendor shall consider services provided by public entities, non-profits, and healthcare agencies; barriers to care and services; and the current demand of the population.
1.3. The strategic plan shall:
1.3.1. Identify opportunities for behavioral health service enhancement, which may include, but not be limited to, recommendations for additional/increased services, staffing or other interventions necessary to address existing system capacity issues.
1.3.2. Recommend actions to minimize duplication of services.
1.3.3. Provide roadmap to bridge service gaps, improve system access and streamline the provision of services.
1.3.4. Complete an analysis of existing funding sources and policies, and recommend adaptive changes to address both immediate needs and future trends in the behavioral health landscape.
1.3.5. Recommend best practices for measuring success and demonstrating improvement to overall outcomes.
1.4. This project is considered a high priority for the County. Vendor shall implement a timeline and expedite the completion of this project that is reflective of the County’s need. To expedite quickly, the County seeks for the Vendor to begin the phases as soon as allowable.
General Scope of Project x. Xxx County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide services for the mandatory collection and delivery of curbside residential collection services, multi- family solid waste collection services and multi-family recycling collection services in Franchise Service Area 4.
b. The Contractor shall collect materials from Xxx County households and establishments as determined in Service Area 4 and deliver those materials to a Xxx County designated site or sites as fully describe in the terms and conditions of the Draft Service Agreement provided in Attachment 1.
General Scope of Project. The Consultant shall provide design services to renovate portions of the Auburn Library in compliance with current building code requirements. The general scope of work for the renovation shall include but not be limited to the following.

It is understood and agreed by and between the Parties that the Entity has the right to develop the Project Site with the Project consistent with the terms of the Entity’s Subsequent Developer’s Application, Applicable Laws, Governmental Approvals, the Redevelopment Plan, the Redeveloper Agreement, and this Subsequent Developer Agreement. The Parties acknowledge the Entity’s right to make non-material changes to the Project as described in the Application if same are required as a condition of Planning Board approval.
General Scope of Project. 2.1 Provide and install electronic monitor system to be mounted in the building office and hooked up to existing fuel pump emergency shut-down switch. The monitor will require the sensors for the three existing underground tanks.
2.2 The contractor will test the entire system for proper operation and functionality once final.
2.3 System will include all sensors and is required to be fully functional and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulation whether specifically addressed in these specifications.
General Scope of Project. 1.1. The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified Vendor(s) to provide catering services, supply bulk and/or boxed food meals, and food supplies to the County’s employees and emergency workers before, during, and/or after an emergency or disaster event.
1.2. The Vendor shall be capable of providing nutritious meals in the event of an emergency or disaster and may propose to support part or all the feeding operation required.
